Ruka Kitano: Is hopefully remembered by a few out there....

 

 First post for Ruka since July 2nd or about fourteen weeks ago. One reason for the gap was because there was a lack of new magazine spreads and such, that frantic pace she had from February to June had to end at some time. However I did have some things which I could have posted two months ago but decided to step back from these Ruka posts for a while and glad I did, you viewers may agree with that. For Ruka had ten posts in four months or one every other week for that stretch of time and the Laws of Diminishing Returns came into affect. For I was getting a bit weary at doing so many posts for her and you viewers were getting tired of Ruka as the views for her last five posts dropped so much compared to her first five. That's happened often over the years when someone has a lot of posts in a short amount of time so it was nice for all of us to take a breather for a while.

 Ruka these days looks so fabulous and some of her photos leave zero to the imagination though I kind of prefer the way she looked in 2020 which is right above. Hmmmm, there was no need to point out certain things and how can someone miss those! So this makes it eleven posts 2025  for Ruka and she'll be on this year's faves list, my prediction is around the seventh position. Because of the long gap in posts was able to replenish my supply of digital books and magazine spreads, expect another post this month. Could do a pair for November also but may hold on to her newest things so her post for the fave's list can be a superb one. This Summer Ruka did have the lead role in a mini web drama titled "Grapara!" which wasn't subbed and it's not the kind of show I'm into but nice to see her do something different. Ruka has been in a fair amount of stage plays this year. But she still doesn't have her own Ja.wiki page and that baffles me as that's a good source for info and is much better than the American version for Japanese actors and Idols.

 Trying to make these posts a bit smaller so more can be done, usually I fail at doing it but so far this mini goal has been working out. First up for new Ruka pics are these from her IG page but he doesn't post all that many or perhaps she has most at her fan club. As you can tell many in the beginning are from some recent photo shoots, Ruka didn't have many gravure spreads or books during the Summer but she has plenty of things lined up. The bottom ones are from Ruka's now completed drama and making some guest appearances on the show was Mariya, it's been eons since her last post.

 "Grapara!" ended on August 25th, four days later Ruka had a photobook come out that featured many photos of her from the show. Ruka's character was named Sakura who was a budding Idol and wanted to become a cover girl for gravure magazines. The above bottom pic is a promo one from the drama and as you can see Sakura did do gravure modeling so guess this photobook contains many gravure pics. Knew about the book but had forgotten all about it until now so let me put that on my list of things to obtain. The day the book was released an event was held for it, just learned the the photo shoot took place in Guam. So while these kinds of dramas aren't my cup of tea I can get the episodes so if it does get subbed promise to view and recap it but am not holding my breath thinking someone will do it....

 Do have at least five magazine spreads that have come out this year which haven't been posted. Ruka's spreads are fabulous but are often too small but the one for today is okay sized at eleven pages. Which leaves four more to go and you will see all of them in her upcoming posts, this Ruka set is from volume 77 of GTV that came out at the end of March and held on to it for a reason.

 That reason for holding on to the spread was that it was promoting a Ruka digital book that was released on April 30th but didn't get it until last month. This is the final set of pics for the post, as mentioned am trying to keep these smaller to have more posts and it's hard to call one with over eighty new pics small. I don't spell out GTV because eight years ago I got a warning from Blogger the magazine filed a complaint about a post that had a few of their spreads. It's the only time it's happened and knock on wood but haven't received a warning in over five years, in an oddity that last time was doing recaps for a Korean drama. This Ruka book at 38 pages is kind of small, besides her mag spreads not being large the same can be said for her digital books but at least she does have many of them this year. EDIT: Will have one more set of pics after this batch.

 Now we're really at this post's conclusion and this spread is from the April issue of EX-Taishu. Was unsure if I had posted it before but even if it was sure most have forgotten all about it. A mini video came out from the photo shoot and that's after the way too small spread, there is a lack of Ruka gravure videos on YT. Will do one more post for Ruka before the month ends and for now have one planned for November but with any luck there's a strong possibility of a second.
