Wasn't sure how I would open up this post but what is said in the heading seems fairly appropriate and sadly true. Think of all the J-Pop groups I've posted often about over the years Hina has seen the biggest drop in posts of any of them. But these days it is so difficult to do posts for current members for most groups as most of my favorite gals have left and the newbies are way too young. But have been able to do a decent amount for graduated Idols and for many they're busier than ever. That is far from the case for ex-Hina members as to date not one graduated member has ever had a post since her departure! That's hard to believe and was trying to work on one recently for Kyoko who could be my top Hina member, if not no lower than second. When you think about it Hina does have many popular members but very few are superstars which means after someone leaves they're seldom heard of again, after this weekend think only one first generation member will be remaining but not for much longer....
Did say who my possible all time Hina member may be above, she'd be in a battle with Miku who is my current #1 J-Pop Idol though that's partially because so many others have departed. As far as graduations go there has been no signs of Miku leaving and she is someone who could be successful going solo but it seems she doesn't care for the limelight and my prediction is that she'll become a respected photographer or perhaps even open her own studio. Miku is one of just a handful of women who has finished in the top four for two consecutive years on my fave's list, in 2023 she was second(!) and last year fourth but can't see that happening again. Been noticing there's been so few member activities for the Hina members the last few months, when there are it seems those jobs or whatever go to the 4G gals and because of that I've kind of soured on the group as a whole but still like the members quite a bit. The same thing took place with Nogi beginning in 2018, I did like the members as much as ever but not the group as a whole. So don't think Miku will be doing enough things this year to make the top four again but she's still a massive favorite of mine though have been been noticing that's not the case with readers these days as her posts have seen such a decrease in views the past year. At one time they all received over a thousand views but that number hasn't been reached since a February 2024 post.
Hmmm, bowling isn't her newest passion but wouldn't doubt if she could be a master at the sport as she aces everything she tries! Once again there wasn't much going on today but all of a sudden the urge to do a post for someone popped into my tiny brain, when Nao wants to do a post for a massive fave nothing will stop me! No new mag spreads nor events but do have forty new pics for today plus a few oldies so all on all it will end up being a terrific post. Here's something that doesn't happen often and will give a huge round of applause to Miku for last week she graduated from Nihon University of Art with a degree in photography, that's why I said above why she may become a photographer or open a studio. It's not too common for Idols to graduate from college so when they do leave their groups they don't have much else to fall back on. Can't say the same for gravure models as so many I do posts for are attending college or have graduated, below are pics from graduation day.
Perhaps we didn't see as much of Miku over the last year or so because she was working hard to graduate on time and bet that's a huge reason for the slowdown on her Hina activities. So am hoping that we will be seeing more of her and have my fingers crossed on that as I do like her immensely. This batch are recent pics from her IG page and there has been a slowdown on them. But Miku does look so superb in those first photos and the one where she is on a runway is from a mini TGC event held on March 7th but thar was the only photo which baffled me. Right at the end of the batch are some of her preparing for a photo exhibit which will be her second one and think it opens tomorrow.
TGC is short for 'Tokyo Girls Collection' and they put on about seven major fashion shows a year but Miku nor any other Hina member was at their last one that was held on March 2nd. That's extremely rare so am hoping Miku and a few others are at the next big fashion show which will be for 'Girls Award' and that's held on the first Saturday in May. These terrific pics below are from last year's Spring show and if she does appear at this year's show expect a post shortly after that.
There's been a shortage of Hina group cards the last few months but have some from January and December that hadn't been posted until now.
There's also been a shortage of promo pics for the group's two web games. To me the pics/cards for the 'Mysterious Library' game are the best Hina pics so have an encore viewing of some of those below and did say Miku's posts haven't been too popular so many may have never seen these.
Miku has been a model for the Bis magazine/site since October 2020, her modeling pics for them have always been fabulous. But there was a huge slowdown last year for them though there's been an increase in those photos as these have all been posted at their site the past five weeks.
It's been almost three months since Miku's last magazine spread but no Hina member has appeared in more mags than her since 2021. Did say college may have been a reason for the decrease in them so do hope things will be reverting back to the pace they were once at. This is her last spread to date and is from the January 15th issue of Weekly Shonen.
Will end off with another Weekly Shonen spread but this one is two years old but to me it's one of her best ever and is from their April 25, 2023 edition so it's two years old. Don't know the exact figure but bet Miku has been the cover girl for the magazine close to twenty times, her spreads aren't gravure ones but to me all deserve a grade of 10/10!!!! No brand new videos which is common for '46' group members so after the spread have Miku's latest one for Bis which came out five weeks ago.
