Welcome to my humble site....

Hajimemashite minna san....welcome to my site on my fave Japanese Pop Culture likes such as dramas, movies, magazine scans, promo events etc. Mainly concentrate on my faves...Risa Watanabe... Kyoko Saito... Yui Kobayashi....Miyuki Watanabe.... Nene Shida.... if you're a fan at all of any of them then you've come to the right place(!) but many others are featured here besides them. Do mainly quick reviews on things I've watched, try to make the reviews brief, quick to read through with not too many spoilers, just whether they're good or bad and why I thought so plus whether you may find them enjoyable. Many, many screenshots are included from everything I've watched plus any video trailers if they're available. Hope you find something that interests you, don't hesitate to comment, arigato gozaimasu!

Saki Fukuda: "Keibuho Sugiyama Shintaro" drama episode 5 screenshots

Last blog post that Saki did she mentioned she was going to appearing on some shows this month, thought they were all going to be variety ones but actually she made a guest spot on Monday's episode of this drama. Downloaded this episode from Daily Motion, only place I could find it and was shocked they had but naturally it was unsubbed and would highly doubt it will ever be but there is one site that's now making the episodes available for download but so far just the first two shows are available.
Could have used the subs too as I understood a bit but not quite enough but will still try to give a bit of a recap though I could be wrong on a few things. Saki plays the character of Erika, a young woman with a son who is just a few months old. The police end up spying on her apartment from one across the street from her, not that she's guilty of any crime but there is a criminal on the loose who brutally has attacked a few people and has stolen various things such as a vehicle. The way I was thinking that this criminal is actually Erika's brother and the police were watching her thinking her brother would eventually show up at her apartment.
Her brother never did show up at her place but in a huge mistake the police dropped their coverage of her and she traveled to meet her brother. Erika and him met in a desolate area with many storage units, she had the key for one of them which she handed over to him. In the unit was a suitcase filled with a huge amount of cash, I have no idea where the money came from but it definitely came through some illegal activity.
Somehow though the police knew where she was going, after a fierce fight her brother was subdued but for some reason Erika threatened to kill herself. These are the reasons I need subs for shows like this because I don't know why she was going to do that nor what the police said to her which changed her mind on doing that. Don't think anything happened to Erika as far as being arrested or having her son taken away from her, that was the last we saw of her but something may have been said which I missed, fairly sure I did miss what the outcome was for her.
All in all this was an okay show, good to see Saki back in a drama and hope we'll be seeing much more of her. Think one reason she's not in a current one is that she did three stage plays from mid July until the end of November, she was probably burned out and needed a break, would think that doing a play six days a week is much more demanding than doing a drama. This drama seems okay, most of the cast I like and will keep my eyes open to see if it does get subbed, also will be on the lookout for any more Saki guest spots on dramas like this one, it airs on TBS so it must be somewhat of a popular one. Have a huge amount of screenshots from this episode plus after them have the video to the show as I didn't explain everything which happened plus any Saki fans would no doubt want to watch her as she looks as adorable as ever. That video has just been deleted unfortunately but if you're a member of Asia Torrents they have the drama there.
