Welcome to my humble site....

Hajimemashite minna san....welcome to my site on my fave Japanese Pop Culture likes such as dramas, movies, magazine scans, promo events etc. Mainly concentrate on my faves...Risa Watanabe... Kyoko Saito... Yui Kobayashi....Miyuki Watanabe.... Nene Shida.... if you're a fan at all of any of them then you've come to the right place(!) but many others are featured here besides them. Do mainly quick reviews on things I've watched, try to make the reviews brief, quick to read through with not too many spoilers, just whether they're good or bad and why I thought so plus whether you may find them enjoyable. Many, many screenshots are included from everything I've watched plus any video trailers if they're available. Hope you find something that interests you, don't hesitate to comment, arigato gozaimasu!

Rena Matsui: January news #2....

Was thinking to myself do I need to increase my 'fave list"? But then again if you look at the right side of the blog and see all of the females who I consider faves think that list is already big enough. Brought that up because there honestly been so few new things to post about them so far this year, realize it's been two weeks but didn't do too much posting about them the last two weeks of 2015 either. Kind of strange how most of them are so quiet lately, know we all need a break now and again but it's a bit funny how they're all on that break at the same time. Would much rather post about current events but there just hasn't been as many which is why you've been seeing so many older things and you may for the next few days.

Luckily for us Rena fans she's been the exception as she's been anything but silent as of late with many, many things going on. Rena did have a have a new drama start last night, haven't found it but sure I will as it's her first series that's not AKB related. Not sure if this will be the only post here today, working on another oldie Rena post for her 2010-11 mag spreads but unsure if it'll be finished tonight, if not it will be ready for tomorrow.
On January 15th Rena was at promo event for a show that will be airing on Nagoya TV starting on February 1st called "Last Train to Nagoya" or something close to that. The show will be airing for four consecutive nights, not positive what it's about but it's supposed to be some sort of drama promoting the city which is Rena's hometown. Sure there will be another post for it and will have more info then, this is the fourth season the city has had this special short drama. Have some fine pics from the promo event which was also a screening along with some pics from the show's site, here's the address which you can copy into your browser: www.nagoyatv.com/nagoya_saishu2016/
