Welcome to my humble site....

Hajimemashite minna san....welcome to my site on my fave Japanese Pop Culture likes such as dramas, movies, magazine scans, promo events etc. Mainly concentrate on my faves...Risa Watanabe... Kyoko Saito... Yui Kobayashi....Miyuki Watanabe.... Nene Shida.... if you're a fan at all of any of them then you've come to the right place(!) but many others are featured here besides them. Do mainly quick reviews on things I've watched, try to make the reviews brief, quick to read through with not too many spoilers, just whether they're good or bad and why I thought so plus whether you may find them enjoyable. Many, many screenshots are included from everything I've watched plus any video trailers if they're available. Hope you find something that interests you, don't hesitate to comment, arigato gozaimasu!

Kim Yoon-Hye: "Steel Cold Winter" movie screening and Busan Film Festival pics/video

Sure many of you are shaking your heads saying 'Whattttttt????'. Don't be alarmed as this will be the first of a trio of some interesting posts featuring Yoon-Hye who I didn't know too well but do know, she's kind of an oddball which immediately attracted me to her. Will have an intro post or two coming up but first this trio of posts will be for her 2013 film "Steel Cold Winter".

Got a bit burnt out from watching so many dramas and films have taken a bit of a breather these last two weeks. But will be back to viewing them this week and as you can tell by the reviews horror films tend to be my faves. Especially ones that aren't too well known and besides this one have a few others that I'll be viewing and reviewing soon.
"Steel Cold Winter" looks to be an intense and suspenseful horror/psychological/thriller of a film, looking forward to it so much hope I haven't built up too much for myself. At the top is a trailer for the film that's subbed in English. For the next post will have another batch of screening pics along with ones from the film's premiere. Don't know if any of them can top how sizzling Yoon-Hye looked at this screening which took place at CGV in Yongsan-to, Seoul. The event took place on October 21, 2013 while the film had it's premiere on November 7th.

Yoon-Hye did try to beat that sizzling set of pics with these from October 3rd, she may look quite young but was 22 at the time. These are from the opening ceremony of the 18th Busan Film Festival and the movie had a special screening at it, the next post will have many pics from it. Will have that next post in a few days and maybe have it back to back with the film's review. After the pics check out a short video of this event, Yoon-Hye isn't in it too long but the video is so terrific as it features so many other fabulous faves of mine.
