Manami Higa: A little of this and that....

 Manami is someone who I really prefer posting about versus most Idols, not counting Nogi members she has the third most posts here but lately they've become way too infrequent. The 'Code Blue' movie will be coming out on July 27th, hopefully that means we'll be seeing much more of Manami and the two other female stars very soon. At the top is a new CM for Panasonic's 'Let's Note' series which is a tie in with the film and more info on that at the bottom.

 Four days ago Manami celebrated her 32nd birthday, very few of my fave actresses are now less than thirty. No wedding bells either for Manami and have noticed while a few of my long term faves have got hitched over the last few years it's not nearly as many as the ones who have remained single. No new blog pics for her occasion but these are some from her previous b-days.

 Manami has never been much of a blogger and rarely deos entries these days but does update her Instagram account often and some of these recent pics are truly super duper.

 Been slacking on dramas this year but one I will definitely be viewing is Manami's next one which is titled "Bakabon no Papa yori Bakana Papa". June 30th is the start date for the series and the cast besides her is quite solid, the drama is about a manga artist and is a short one with five episodes. Tremendous pics here are from a June 5th press conference for the drama which will air on NHK.

 Manami does look oki doki in her mag spreads but sadly these days she only appears in about four a year. Small set here is from the June issue of In Red.

 Manami has been a spokesperson for 'Let's Note' for about four years now. It's put out by Panasonic and was reading that it's been the best selling laptop in Japan for fourteen years running. On June 7th Manami was at an event to promote her new CM which as mentioned is a tie in with the upcoming 'Code Blue'  movie. The press conference was also for a new model for the company called 'LV', at their events Manami always dresses like an OL.
