Week 5 of the drama still has Fumie struggling with her new life, the couple really are in a state of poverty which is something Fumie had never dealt with before. Many bill collectors come around and Shigeru always has made it a habit of hiding from them but Fumie relents and lets them in, she ends up using much of the money that her family had given her to pay off the collectors but this outs them even closer to extreme poverty. Though Shigeru is quite a good manga artist he has trouble making much money off it, often has trouble getting his small publisher to pay him sometimes but he still never gives up his dream of becoming successful.
During this time Fumie is trying to get to know Shigeru a bit better, they don't know each other hardly at all which is understandable considering they never dated and it was such a quick wedding. Shigeru can be quite a distant person, at least he was this way, when he was doing his manga work he was in his won world and told Fumie to leave him alone when he was working. This made Fumie somewhat lonely, being in a new place with no friends and very little money but she seemed to remain a bit cheerful though we could see her mood sinking a bit as this week went on. Fumie did go out a bit and met a few shop keepers in the area, the main person was the owner of a rental manga store which cattied a few pf her husband's books but they weren't so successful so she kept from them that she was his wife.
So ends another week, trying not to give away many spoilers but just trying to set the scenes out for you, though a bit slow paced with no action at all it's really interesting and maintains your interest at all times, luckily it helps that they're only 15 minute episode so they seem to fly right by and as usual ending with many Nao screenshots from this week's episodes.
