Haruka Shimazaki: "Majisuka Gakuen 4" drama screenshots and character review

Did a post in the middle of March saying I'd be back once the 4th season got finished that I'd be doing some reviews with plenty of screenshots from the drama. Well the show ended five or so weeks ago and I'm just starting to get around to it, thought I'd do a post like this and the following one to try to get the creative juices flowing as it's been difficult for me to start on this drama.
Sometimes I do have a problem with drama reviews as I too often try to give such a thorough review, most sites I visit or ones that you probably visit too tend to give much shorter recaps for a series, usually just one long post to review a ten episode series. On the other hand the last few years my reviews have gotten too in depth, try to give a recap of every episode with an abundance of screenshots which may be one reason there haven't been as many reviews lately. Still haven't decided whether to give a brief recap for all ten episodes for this drama or perhaps only break it down for episodes 1-5 and 6-10 with many posts of screenshots. Figured if I break the ice and do a few posts like these two some ideas will creep into my tiny brain and I'll get a bit more motivated to review this series. Enough of my inane blabbering so let's take a brief look at the 'Salt' character.

That above was the only screenshot from the first episode, though Haruka has the co-lead in this series she was only in the first show very briefly. Another brief thing will be this character review, am going to look at the whole series soon and don't want to give away too many spoilers yet so though the wording may not be too long there will be plenty of screenshots.
Haruka plays 'Salt' who is the leader of the 'rappapa' group whose elite members are called the '4 Queens', they are the toughest gang in the school and have yet to be defeated in a fight. The '4 Queens' is a continuation of the characters from season one, actually though the entire cast except for two are different seems as though the characters are really the same, could have called this "Majisuka Gakuen 1A". Salt is kind of a moody and quiet person, we never see her fight until the very end of the series but she is one tough cookie, when she walks down the hall and the other students at the all girls school quickly jump out of her way.

Boredom is Salt's main personal problem, she can never find any challenges especially when looking for a fight, no one comes close to her fighting skills leaving her as she says quite bored. That is until a new transfer student Sakura comes along, she thinks she'll finally have someone worthwhile to tangle with. However Sakura needs to defeat the 4 Queens first which she eventually does, they are a very tough bunch and it was all Salura could do to defeat them but she eventually did which happened by the 7th episode.
But finally now Salt has a worthy challenger in Sakura, however on her way to their duel in episode 8 she was ambushed by a rival school's gang. Though she was able to defeat them Salt ended up saving one of the gangs members from pipes falling on her, instead they they fell in Salt sending her to the hospital in critical condition. Needless to say there was no duel between the pair but actually it was just postponed as in the final episode the two were finally able to face off.

Without going into too much detail let's just say that Salt's reputation as a fighter was 100% on the money as Sakura was no match for her though Salt's boredom at least disappeared for a while. This may be the last we see of Salt as she was a senior who was about to graduate, it really appears as though there will be a 5th season with probably most of the same cast except for Salt and her 4 Queens.
That's just a brief look at Salt's character, needed to do a post like this to get me moving on these posts for this drama and think it worked, also have a post after this for the Sakura character. Have plenty of screenshots here from the series but not all yet as I'll save a few for the upcoming recaps.
