C-ute: A little bit of this and that #1....
Newer happenings are definitely slowing way down but kind of shocking that there's been this many things even though C-ute's final concert was two months ago. Have this feeling we haven't heard the last from them, the members except for Mai are still quite busy and think that if the entire decision was up to them they wouldn't have disbanded.
Sigh, wish that was the case but sadly not as if I met Maimi every day then this blog would have been abandoned many moons ago. C-ute does have a final photobook coming out next month along with some DVD's so hoping we may see a few of them at an event promoting them. Actually surprised that Maimi didn't have a final PB, almost impossible to top her eleven to date.
There were never enough C-ute mag spreads though there were many more towards the end of their existence. Posted just about all of them already but here's one that was missed which is from the June issue of Junon.
There's some older things which still need to be posted hence the title 'A little of this and that'. Do have one somewhat older small spread featuring Maimi and Saki from last September's Diver.
Maimi and Saki really seem to be such good friends, they're still doing a variety show together and also do many other activities as a pair. Haven't watched the whole DVD yet which is over two hours but here they are from last August as they were on a short promo tour for their Fan Club. This visit took them to Shirakabako which is in the Nagano prefecture. At the event they sang a lot of C-ute tunes and had had a question and answer session. Will have many more screenshots of the event in future posts.
As mentioned many times before a C-ute post isn't complete without H!P cards though starting to run out of new ones and sadly there will be zero of them in the future.
C-ute's 'single series' has quite a few posts though there were some songs left out as I didn't want to post real older tunes when they were so young. But have been adding in those songs from more recent appearances as all of the members are now 21 or older.
"Aitai Lonely Christmas" was released on December 1, 2010 and it's one of just a handful of singles that didn't reach the top five but came so close at it hit the sixth position. Version here is from a 'Girls Live' show, it's a weekly one which features all Hello Project groups and this was performed back in December 2015.
the 2nd screenshot after variety show...wonderful👍
ReplyDeleteDid you mean.... 'Chou Wonderful'?! The sixth one is quite good too when they're dressed in those costumes, will be having more in their next post for the two fans here....
ReplyDeleteAh 'Chou Wonderful'. Just wanted to point it out coz Saki's face looked pretty funny. Lookin forward to it man
