After all these months talking about the film it's kind of anti-climatic that the premiere has finally happened. Don't know if there will another event like this one but read the film is opening in 150 theaters today, that number seems a bit low and wonder if that's just for Tokyo as that's what I gathered from the movie's site.
Have never counted the number but Nogi members have appeared in many films just by themselves over the years and this is their first somewhat group film. Be nice then if it was successful as that many be mean another film would happen in the future, still have no clue why there's never been a second Nogi drama.
Nanase has the lead role in the film, she also had that in the group's only drama. The movie is based upon a manga that began in 2011, bit of an action movie as you can tell by the pics and usually Idol movies tend to be horror ones. At the premiere six Nogi members were in attendance, more are in the film but these members have the biggest roles and here's who was at the event.

The premiere took place at the TOHO Cinemas in Shinjuku and most of your bigger premieres take place there. Usually films open up on Saturdays in Japan so hopefully that'll mean another premiere somewhere else in the country, could have opened one day early too as that extra day will help it's box office take. Huge amount of pics here from the event but so far there's no video of it. That's par though for any kind of Nogi event but not having one isn't helping the movie out. If a good video does surface will post it along with more pics from the premiere.
