Airi Suzuki: Few recent happenings....

Can't think of the last time it's happened but there's been a C-ute group post along with two solo ones in the past week. After that group post figured Airi deserved this solo one and she's actually the easiest ex-member to post about. While two other members have released a few digital singles Airi is the only one to release regular hard copy versions as she's had a few singles plus three days ago released her second album, most of the post will be devoted to it.

Not going to go back in time to include any older C-ute pics, everything for today are new pics from the past two months. Will start off with some Airi Instagram pics and she posts so many of them, that top pic rates an A+ and the final ones are of her promoting the new album.

Seems as though Airi has been around forever and in a way she has as she joined Hello project at such a young age, this upcoming April she'll be turning 26. Title of her second album is "i", the two covers for it along with some promo pics.

Her first album came out in June 2018 and was titled "Do Me A Favor", it did well on the charts reaching the sixth position. Don't think this new album will do as well as on day one it was the ninth best seller, next two days it was 15th. Have heard a few songs which seemed okay but have read that many fans were disappointed with most of the album as the songs just weren't as good as her older ones. For the album Airi just did an interview with the Live Door site.

Hopefully the album rebounds for sales as Airi is such a likable gal and to me could be the best
J-Pop singer. She still hosts a radio show called 'Airi's Potion' but wish she would do more acting. She's been a model for the Ray magazine for at least three years now, she's been becoming much popular at their site as the amount of pics of her has been increasing every month.

Earlier today Airi performed a solo concert at Zepp in Tokyo, I like the fact that she always has a live band backing her and the show was called 'No Live, No Life?'. She also has two more Zepp shows coming up next week in Osaka and Nagoya, pics here are from today's concert.

At her concerts Airi of course performs a few older C-ute classics but for the most part all of the tunes are her solo ones. Have a pair of mag spreads to end off with and for this first set at two pages why did they bother, it's from the November 26th issue of SPA!.

Much larger spread and Airi's the cover girl for the December 31st edition of Flash. After the pics is a video of Airi performing her digital single "Break it Down" which came out in October and is on the new album, the performance was from a week ago.
