Park Eun-Bin: "Choco Bank" drama tidbits....

Not a huge amount of fans for Korean actresses and dramas here though the number has risen over the past year or two. That's good as I'm going to be squeezing in many more posts about both of them as I'm on another drama kick and it's always a good idea to take a break from something even if you like it quite a bit.
Liking quite a bit is how I feel about Eun-Bin who isn't far away from being my #1 current Korean actress. However viewers haven't been too fond of her since day one as her posts may get the fewest views of anyone here which is such a shame. Eun-Bin is such an adorable woman and also such a superb actress, would recommend any series she's been in. Was going to make this post much bigger but decided against it, had been planning on having a few other items besides info for the drama. But then thought why not save those other pics and try to have a few other posts for Eun-Bin as I really want to see her get to at least six posts this year to qualify for the 2020 faves list.

So kind of a smallish post but at least one high on quality. Have some event pics and some screenshots from the first two shows which do total over fifty pics, really not a small post then but one without much variety. Before we get to the meat of this post want to do introduce someone who I know nothing about but will be hunting down info on her. That's Lee Chae-Won who is in this series but wasn't in the first two episodes. She had been in many things back in the 2000's and then disappeared, possibly to go to college or perhaps get married? Don't know about either but have only done a small search for her info, if not married will try having a post for her. Pics here are from an event held for this series back in 2016.

She's a tall gal above and Eun-Bin is actually kind of short for a Korean actress as her height is 163 cm which is actually the norm for most Japanese actresses. On to some drama info and this is an intro post for the series as I expect to have three mini recaps for it next Monday though they may be at the other blog a day earlier. There's six short episodes which just average 15 minutes in length and I prefer these kinds of shows so much more than dramas that last 16-20 hours. This series first aired between February 15th and 19th back in 2016 on Naver Cast TV.
Won't give away too many spoilers but just wanted to get any fans in the mood for the recaps, I'm talking to all ten of you(sob)!!!! In the show Eun-Bin plays the character of Cho-Co which is a very very rare Korean name. But it's also a funny one as Cho-Co in the show owns a .... Chocolate cafe!. Many people have laughed at her in the show because of her name but also laughed at in the show was the male lead Eun-Haeng. He was a college graduate who couldn't find a job though he was very good at financial matters, his name in Korean means.... Bank.
The name of her cafe happened to be Choco Bank and through an odd event Eun-Haeng ended up working there. Cho-Co's cafe has been struggling but with his help she feels the tide may turn but they are an unlikely couple in the show. Have just watched the first two episodes so there's a lot I don't know but it's off to a very promising start. Some screenshots from the first two shows and will have the recaps for the entire series next week.

There's definitely too many posts for Idols but I do enjoy their music plus there's no denying how stunning many of them are. But think I prefer a gal like Eun-Bin who is so attractive though she doesn't look like a starlet or is bodacious at all. If she has a busy year then in all honesty she has an excellent chance of being this year's #1 on the faves list. Besides this show will also be having some posts for her current drama "Stove League" which has three more weeks in it's run.
As mentioned this drama aired back in February 2016 and it ran for five consecutive nights. Ten days before the series began there was a press conference for it at the Lotte Cinema on the campus of Konkuk University. To me Korean is a much more difficult language than Japanese but slowly have been picking up on many words and sayings along with some cultural things. Plenty of fabulous pics of Eun-Jin from the event but instead of a video from it have a promo one for the DVD which came out in December 2016, it has some interviews, behind the scenes shot and the like.
