Mai Shiraishi: A (too)little bit of this and that....

 

 Two days in a row off and seldom do that. Two things about that, one is good as I do on occasion need to step away for a bit but on the other hand it sometimes gets a bit harder to come back and wish I had taken more than two days. Mai has been like that to an extent as she really hasn't been all that busy since her October Nogi graduation. That was the case too before her departure and really didn't know if she would come out with a bang or keep taking it semi-easy.

 Mai just does enough to have a post every now and again, this is her fourth for 2021 but one was for her graduation photobook and this is her first post for new activities since early April. Don't know what the accumulated $$ was but I would think Mai was easily the highest paid Idol from 2017-2020. So obviously she really doesn't need to be as active but I kind of miss her on occasion and so don't you viewers as her posts usually are among the most popular ones here.

 So while there are 45 or so new pics that's not all that many in two months but do have a few oldies to bring the total to eighty. In about 2 1/2 months Mai will be turning 29 in age and we've never heard any dating rumors which I hope continues. Most of Nogi's first generation members are 27-30 years old and dating is something you don't hear about with their graduates. As a matter of fact isn't her mate here the only popular member to graduate and then get married?

 I did have a 'pairs' post' with the duo, like doing those but it's so much harder these days with so many departures from the first and second generation members.  First of are some oldie pics but have never been posted before. They're from the Nogi card series 'Always With You' and the first dozen are for her October graduation.

 No regular acting gigs for Mai and really thought she was going to work harder at being an actress. No full time modeling jobs nor as a host of any shows but for two weeks in May she filled in for her ex Nogi mate on the 'Gout Temps' show who I think was filming her new drama.

 Of course that bottom pics wasn't from the show but hope to have a post for her tomorrow, if not there will be sometime this week. Few more oldies and another thing I've missed is Mai attending events as she looks so classy and dazzling at them. This batch is from the November 18, 2020 'Anan Magazine Awards' show and she won their 'Muse of the Year' award which I think was actually their 'Woman of the Year', it was also celebrating the magazine's 50h anniversary.
