Mio Minato: Her second 'triumphant comeback' post....
Has been a slower week and there wasn't much that could have been done about but think there should be 4-5 posts this weekend. The posts may not be as large as usual but then again was looking at how many pics are in this one which is over fifty and that's a decent amount. By triumphant comeback it's that this is Mio's second post this week after having zero since January 3rd. I like her immensely and she's the kind of woman who if busier would always end up in the top ten on my yearly fave's list. However most viewers don't share that opinion as Mio's posts have never been all that popular but the one done three days ago was so perhaps her fan base is finally growing a little bit.
Mio is in the quirky Babababambi J-Pop group but not going to discuss them today. Last year they were so busy with a regular single and ten digital ones(!) but they haven't done much of anything since March. They are a fun group who really aren't overly popular but do put on an entertaining show, that popularity may soar if they dressed like this in concerts....
Keep forgetting but there is another member who I do like and deserves some posts, let me start working on that. So when I mentioned that Mio should be in my top ten every year it's true as she's such a fun and interesting gal who sadly will probably never have the six posts needed to qualify. She's in that group, does so much gravure modeling, is an actress and loves to cosplay. As a matter of fact Mio was discovered when she was working in a Maid Cafe down in Fukuoka.
Few recent pics from Mio's IG page, many are from photo shoots and how about that top pic!
Have a trio of mag spreads with the first two being from the April 19th and 26th issues of Weekly Ascii, Mio was the cover girl for both.
Will end off with this ultra super duper spread from the August 1st issue of WPB, they doubled up on this issue which means there won't be one next week. This set features outtake pics from Mio's new digital book for the magazine and had those pics in her last post, bottom five are from the photo shoot. No recent solo videos so after the pics have the latest one from Babababambi which came out in March. The song is called "Kisu shite hoshi" which is from their second mini album, since that came out four months ago the group has been way too quiet and the video really is a fun watch.
