Yui Kobayashi: An encore version of.... '𝘉𝘦𝘤𝘢𝘶𝘴𝘦 𝘐 𝘤𝘢𝘯 𝘯𝘦𝘷𝘦𝘳 𝘨𝘦𝘵 𝘵𝘪𝘳𝘦𝘥 𝘰𝘧 𝘩𝘦𝘳' post....

 

 Once again almost made it two consecutive days with no posts which seldom happens and I try my darndest not to make sure it doesn't. One reason it almost happened is because it's still been a bit slow recently but there are some posts I can do. But once again it's the same five women who I can do posts for and trying to space them out a bit, did create a new rule where I said someone would only have one post a week but think I will change that to ten days or three a month. When things ger back to normal which usually happens quickly then it'll be a mute point. One other reason is that I just started on a new drama, the first post for a series take so long to write up but am working on it now and am almost finished, the first pair of recaps will be published this weekend.

 In the post below this one did bring up again how there's this core of about ten women(at most) who are so far ahead of all other women here and that's no knock on anyone not in that group of ten. For that 'Creme de la creme' group(?) even when I have so few new pics or news when I want to do a post for one of them it will happen! And #1 in that category for over five years has been Yui 😍 who I often have said enjoy doing posts for her over anyone else. But since her February 2024 graduation from Keya aka Sakura it's been a struggle to do posts for her, one reason is because of the six month hiatus after the graduation.

 Since 2019 that first pic above has been my number one photo of all time and doubt if that will ever change, the second is truly a classic pic too and both are from her first photobook. Sure Yui has good reasons but I am confused about why she's cut back so much on her activities, to me it's always seems the busier she's been in the past the happier she is. What makes me confused about her lack of activities is that she is so talented, by far Yui was Keya's best dancer plus has a superb singing voice and can play a few instruments. She's also decent actress and of course is so alluring and stunning to the Nth degree so Yui could do any kind of modeling and one other thing is that she still appears to have a large fan base but is only so-so popular here.

 So guess her stepping way back from the limelight is Yui's decision and wonder why as now is the time to be busier than ever! Have said that so often in other posts for graduated idols and many are now much more popular than ever. So I'm kind of bummed out Yui hasn't taken advantage of her many talents and likability, in a few interviews she has mentioned how shy she is and rarely goes out at night. It gets harder to change habits when you become older so could her being a bit of a loner be a reason for the lack of everything over the last 15-20 months? Won't harp on it any more but all in all can never say anything negative about Yui who is my #1 woman of all time 😍 though she could be eclipsed by the end of the year. I want to see her do well so that's why I ramble on too much about Yui in her posts, she has more talent than almost any other woman and hope she's reading this!!!!

 If it never happens I can live with it but how I would love to see more gravure pics and maybe it's my bias talking but very few can top her figure.... WOWOWOWOWOW!!!! So did say Yui's fan base was only so-so large here, she does have decent amount of fans here but it has dwindled the last few years. Not being nearly as busy as she once was has to be a huge reason along with no photos like those above but Yui's modeling and IG pics often get a grade of 10/10 from me! Have very few new/recent pics for today but do have some older ones that had never been posted plus some encores of things in previous posts. Often have those these days as many viewers have never seen her or other women's older pics or may have forgotten about them. Will begin off with some Keya cards and my top series from them was titled 'Keyakise' and the cards were from a web game with the same name. The game ceased in the Spring of 2020 or about five months before the name change to Sakura, these cards are truly tremendous and wish there had been many more of them, this batch is from 2018.

 In a good sign Yui was at the Spring 'Tokyo Girls Collection' show that was held on March 1st though I hate to admit that I wasn't too enthused with how she was clad. The Spring 'Girls Award' show will be held on May 3rd and she also usually attends those which I'm really hoping will happen this year. Though TGC has more shows in a year the 'Girls Award shows are the best ones to me, here's an ancient batch of Yui from their May 20m 2019 show or almost six years ago!!!!

 What Yui needs to do is prod her good mate back into action and she has become such a hermit so that bums me out also. What I also noticed is that Keya wasn't too close as a group or at least the first generation members compared to Nogi, Morning Musume or NMB. The last 1G member graduated three weeks ago but don't think any other member was at the concert which to me was a shocker but let me know if I was mistaken.

 How about some new photos and these are from Yui's IG page that she's posted the last month. Over the years her pics were second to none at the Keya 'Diary' blog but Yui still has the bad habit of not posting enough of them.... the two pics above the bottom one are out of this world! Hmmmm, hard to beat that first one too!

 Yui was a long time model for the With magazine but that gig ceased in the Summer of 2023. She's now a model for andGirl, just like I said above while her photos there are second to none there's never enough and these are from the past four weeks.

 It's been exactly one year since Yui's last magazine spread and as I said earlier let's get busier!!!! At one time she did have more mag spreads than any other Keya member, they began to slow down in the second half of 2020 but can say the same for most Idols. So there being no new ones for today here's an oldie but goldie and even though spreads such as this one have no gravure photos to me they're so terrific, this set is from the October 2019 issue of BLT and Yui turned twenty in age that month.

 Yui's second photobook "Igaisei" was released in October 2022 and it was two weeks before her 23rd birthday. I was very surprised at her having a second book, the year 2022 was her busiest to date and also I noticed the happiest period Yui had while with Keya. Did post some outtake pics from the book but was able to find thirteen more which had never been posted before which are below.

 Definitely a wish of mine is to see a third book but it'll probably never happen along with zero new gravure pics. I can live with that and even having a non-gravure book would still be oki-doki to me and I really want to see Yui become more assertive and break out of her shell. Of course it's because she's my all time number one woman but also because she's so likable and easy to root for. Will end off with the link to the second photobook which was simply amazing though in a way think I preferred Yui's first book that came out in March 2019. Of course there's no new videos so after the photobook pics have an encore from a special show called "Sakura House" that came out in November 2023 and featured the final four first generation members. it's not subbed but is easy enough to follow plus it is enjoyable.
