Hajimemashite minna san....welcome to my site on my fave Japanese Pop Culture likes such as dramas, movies, magazine scans, promo events etc. Mainly concentrate on my faves...Yui Kobayashi... Miku Tanaka... Nagi Inoue....Maria Makino.... Nene Shida....if you're a fan at all of any of them then you've come to the rightplace(!) but many others are featured here besides them. Do mainly quick reviews on things I've watched, try to make the reviews brief, quick to read through with not too many spoilers, just whether they're good or bad and why I thought so plus whether you may find them enjoyable. Many, many screenshots are included from everything I've watched plus any video trailers if they're available. Still not too much news for Miori again this month, except for playing some mini concerts with Lagoon what a quiet year it's been. She will be in a short drama that will be airing from September 5th until the 12th but besides that no other projects are in the works that I know of.
Not a huge amount of new pics but there's no doubt Miori really makes all of our(mine) hearts flutter as she looks better by the day, first off are her Sony desktop calendars.
Hasn't been too much Lagoon news lately though they still seem to be playing many mini concerts, they don't have enough songs for a full show. Few screenshots of the group from the "LoGirl" show which aired last week.
For almost two years now Miori has been a co-host on the "Another Sky" show which airs Friday nights, some recent pics from their FB page.
Lastly some terrific new pics from Miori's blog, think she may have a new collection of Mio diCascade wedding dresses coming out soon.
Miori stays just busy enough so that we don't completely forget about her but for the most part she's been AWOL from most things for well over a year. Her band Lagoon has been playing more shows in the last two months then they had been but besides that very little to report. Forget the name of it right now but she will be starring in a mini drama st the end of this month, it'll be her first drama since April 2014 though the one she'll be in is just going to be five episodes and all five will be airing in one week.
Do have some Lagoon news and that'll be at the end of the post, starting off with some of Miori'sSony desktop calendars for August, pics look fine but wish they would give us some new ones and stop recycling the same ones over and over.

Lagoon has been playing quite a few mini shows since May, say mini because they usually only consist of 4-5 songs. Finally found some info on their "KNOCKED OUT BOY" single and it reached #30 on the Oricon charts, don't know how many copies it sold but that seems like an okay chart ranking. Have seven Miori pics from a show they performed at a show on July 5th called 'Colors 2015', after those pics have a few other Lagoon pics. Here's the link to the article for that rock fest:
Could have done a post earlier this month but held off for a while for a huge and fabulous post, think this one qualifies for fabulous or at least Miori looks that way. Lagoon has been playing a lot of mini concerts and appearing on TV shows promoting their second single "KNOCKED OUT BOY" but don't think it's been a big hit. Fairly sure I'm reading the Oricon charts correctly even though it's in Japanese, as far as I can tell the single hasn't cracked the top 30, if I'm wrong let me know.

This final set of solo pics are among Miori's finest ever, what a bride she'll make and doubt if she's ever read this blog but will let her know that I'm still single and available!!!! These are from the Grace Wedding Dress site, second batch of dresses she's promoted for their Mio di Cascade line.
On to a little bit of Lagoon news, performing the second single on the 'Music Japan' show which happened on June 1st.
