Welcome to my humble site....

Hajimemashite minna san....welcome to my site on my fave Japanese Pop Culture likes such as dramas, movies, magazine scans, promo events etc. Mainly concentrate on my faves...Risa Watanabe... Kyoko Saito... Yui Kobayashi....Miyuki Watanabe.... Nene Shida.... if you're a fan at all of any of them then you've come to the right place(!) but many others are featured here besides them. Do mainly quick reviews on things I've watched, try to make the reviews brief, quick to read through with not too many spoilers, just whether they're good or bad and why I thought so plus whether you may find them enjoyable. Many, many screenshots are included from everything I've watched plus any video trailers if they're available. Hope you find something that interests you, don't hesitate to comment, arigato gozaimasu!

Ko Sung-Hee: "Mother" drama press conference pics and videos

Thought Sung-Hee may have looked a bit more seductive three weeks ago at the 'MBS Drama Awards' show but have some mighty fine pics of her today. Kind of funny as I was planning on playing catch up tonight with a few of Sung-Hee's older activities, will put that aside for now but will have another post for her by the end of the week.

This press conference took place on the 18th at the Nonhyun-dong Imperial Palace Hotel in Seoul. "Mother" is a remake of the 2010 Japanese drama which I never did view though it did look interesting. Thought at the time it was going to be a depressing watch so passed on it. Above is a short English subbed promo video for the drama, there's quite a few on YT.
The new drama also looks as though it's not going to be a happy series but just may check this version out but I have been falling way behind on my drama watching. But will be having many recaps coming up soon with the first ones being for episodes five and six of "Girls' Generation 1979". This show begins tomorrow on tvN, Sung-Hee doesn't have the lead role in the drama but it appears to be the second or third biggest one.
Sung-Hee finished twentieth on my top faves list for 2017 and right now would have to say she's moved up into the top ten. If I can catch a few more of her dramas or if she appears at many more events a top five spot for her wouldn't be out of the question. Plenty of super duper pics from the event where she was dressed a bit conservative but still looked just perfect to me, after the pics check out a short video of the press conference with the other two main female characters.
