Welcome to my humble site....

Hajimemashite minna san....welcome to my site on my fave Japanese Pop Culture likes such as dramas, movies, magazine scans, promo events etc. Mainly concentrate on my faves...Risa Watanabe... Kyoko Saito... Yui Kobayashi....Miyuki Watanabe.... Nene Shida.... if you're a fan at all of any of them then you've come to the right place(!) but many others are featured here besides them. Do mainly quick reviews on things I've watched, try to make the reviews brief, quick to read through with not too many spoilers, just whether they're good or bad and why I thought so plus whether you may find them enjoyable. Many, many screenshots are included from everything I've watched plus any video trailers if they're available. Hope you find something that interests you, don't hesitate to comment, arigato gozaimasu!

Yui Imaizumi: Her illustrious second post-graduation post!!!!

Think this may only be Yui's fifth(?) solo post but wouldn't doubt if she's become the most popular gal at this blog. Her last post has been in the 'top ten most viewed posts for the last month' since about the day it was published. Her other ones have also been very successful, knew she had quite a few fans here but didn't expect there to be so many.
Yui graduated from Keya last November but hadn't done any group activities since August. Thought she deserved being the center for at least one single, actually the duo 'Yui-chan' would have been so much better than the permanent center. Wouldn't think she would want to give up on her singing career but so far there's been zero news about her continuing it, her agency is AVEX which mainly handles music groups so perhaps singing will still be in her future plans.

Acting is what Yui is concentrating on these, days, she's done a few recent guest spots on some prime time dramas. She also had the lead in the stage play "Atami Murder Cast: Last Generation 46" and looked like she played a tough cookie in the production which ran from March 28th to April 18th.

A documentary of the play will also be coming out on DVD and will be packaged with the TV special show "Imaizumi Yui no Deai Tabi". That show will be airing May 26th on Hokkaido TV with Yui as the lead star/host but for now really don't know much about it even though I visited the site. At the top is a short promo for the show and these are two pics from the site.

Those bottom pics are from a new Modelpress interview for the play and show. Am holding a few pics back as I'm hoping to have another post for Yui in the next two weeks, one set of pics is from a mag spread. She'll be at next weekend's 'Sapporo Collection' show and she's still a model for the ar magazine though don't have any pics from them today.

Yui is just a so-so blogger and Instagram poster though she does have a few mighty fine recent pics. Top ones are from a new Friday photo shoot and have that spread at the bottom.

On to a pair of new mag spreads, Yui is just five feet in height but has she ever turned into a well developed woman. This set is from volume nine of Dazzlin' Web, dazzlin' is an apt word....

Hard to top these final set of pics which are from the April 12th issue of Friday, Yui can certainly vamp it up a bit along with raising the temperature!
