Miu Shitao: Who better to begin November off with?!!!!

 

 Know this post will be published on November 1st but not sure when and how. For so many years have thought there was a Blogger feature that allowed you to set a time when a post would be published, when we write posts up that's an orange tab to publish a post in the upper right corner which I have used 100% of the time. On November 1st(today) was going to be busy most of the day so was hoping I could schedule this and the post above to be published without me being at my computer. Am writing this up yesterday, if possible will set this post to be published at 12:01 am and the other about an hour later. Hopefully can find the instructions on how to do such a thing but then again maybe there is no option to do so, if not this post you will still be seeing on November 1st but much later in the day. **** Found the option to set the publishing time in advance, would be nice if it works and keeping my fingers crossed....

EDIT: It's about a day later and that option never worked as this wasn't published at 12:01 am nor at 2:00 pm this afternoon for after that first attempt failed tried a different time. Asked at the Blogger Help Center if I did anything wrong and the answer was NO, everything was set up correctly. Oh well, it would be a nice feature if it could work and am hoping it's just a quirk in the system that will be fixed. This was the time I originally was going to publish this so nothing changed except for the fact I wasted some time typing up this above part....

 This is now the fifth post for Miu in 3 1/2 months and glad I made the decision to begin posting about her. She truly is one likable young woman plus is very interesting and intelligent, I haven't been able to use those positives about too many J-Pop Idols the last few years. Miu needs one more post this month to qualify for the yearly faves list but it's fine if she doesn't. For that's happened to so many women who have become such massive faves of mine and not appearing on that or any other kind of list has never affected how much I like them. Those first four posts have drawn a solid amount of views and not sure how much longer these kinds of posts can go on, don't want to go back too often for Miu's pre-2022 activities but do have one superb set of pics from before that year.

 Don't have many details yet but on Christmas Day AKB will be releasing their tenth album. That's an odd day to release an album and why not two weeks before the holiday as sure a CD would make for a nice stuffing stuffer. More news in future Miu posts but think once again it'll be a 'Greatest Hits' album with only a few new songs and sadly that's the case for most J-Pop albums. First off are these oldish Halloween pics and like so many of her peers there aren't all that many of them. 

 However do have three brand new pics for the day which are the trio leading off the below batch. They're newish photos from Miu's IG page and she really posts so many top notch pics, in a few you can see her eating bread(pan) and was just reading how much she loves eating it and really any variety. The bottom two feature AKB so you can see how they look these days, there's also a pair of other members who I try having posts for and they too are quite likable.

 Have a fine set of AKB group cards and this finishes the collection I had of them so hope more come out by her next post and these go up to the end of August.

 Here's the set of oldie photos that was mentioned earlier and they looked too darn good to pass up! Sure most know about Japan's 'Coming Of Age Ceremony' for women who reach the age of twenty, if not there's plenty of info out there to read up on. Most Idol groups have many members who reach the age at the same time though of course none share the same birthdays. The rite is held right around January 1st, those eligible are ones who hit the age of twenty between July 1st and June 30th so that's a large period of time. The photos below are from Miu's 'Rite to Womanhood' and it took place on January 10, 2021, she didn't turn twenty until April 3rd but as explained was eligible to come and of course she's now 23 in age. Plenty of super duper pics below from the ceremony and you can see that there were many other AKB gals there, it took place at the Kanda Myojin Shrine in Tokyo. Won't happen for a while and perhaps it never will take place but would love to have a 'Pairs Post' that features Miu's close mate in the fourth photo along with another near the end....

 In Miu's last post had the below pics but why not have them again? It's because they're from her graduating from college which took her 4 1/2 years and to me that's quite an achievement as being an Idol is a full time job. Miu did upload a video on September 27th where she mused about her college days and there's also a segment of her graduation day, the video is after the pics and also at her YT Vlog.

 

 This is ending up being a larger post than I though, wanted to hold back a few things so that next post wouldn't be too far in the future but that didn't work out! Will end off with a pair of magazine spreads and think that leaves one more unseen spread for her next post. This set is from the February 6th issue of SPA! and featured outtake pics from Miu's first photobook that came out three days later.

 Hmmmm, upon further reflection will make this final set an encore viewing of a mag spread that has already been posted. However I do that often for spreads that are simply mind boggling and this one truly is as it's Miu's best one to date and though it has been posted sure many still haven't seen it. So the finale for today is one of the top spreads of the year and she was the cover girl for the March issue of Young Dragon Age..... WOWOWOWOWOWOW!!!!
