Not as many new happenings as most of the other top twenty posts but think this should end up being a fabulous post, could just have one pic of Minami and it would be classified as perfect. But there is a second post for the first time for the runner up and have more info on that just a bit further down the post.
As Minami fans may know she graduated from Up Up Girls on September 15th and did one post with screenshots from the DVD of the show. On that date her mate Ayano also graduated. Haven't gotten around to doing that second post but will, at the very top is a video of the event that has a few highlights or should I say lowlights as it was her final concert. Though there were many new faves for this year's list the top ten consisted of seven that were on last year's list, Minami moved up one spot as she was third last year and #1 moved up five positions.
For most of 2017 thought Minami was going to take the top spot and she did come oh so close. But thinking more about the positions #1 deserved it by just a hair and you could almost say it's a tie for first as I hate to refer to Minami as a runner up. Many of my faves get my blood pumping at an incredible rate as I've often said though none of them come close to how Minami makes that blood boil, really a bit sad knowing that her Idol days have probably come to an end.
But after a short break following her graduation Minami is just as busy as ever as she's taking the next steps towards her next life. She has said acting will be the biggest chunk of her future but Minami will also be doing may other activities, just so disheartening we may never see her do any more gravure spreads as no Idol save perhaps one can top her pics.
Minami has appeared in many stage plays over the years but had taken a five year break from them. That is until "Izanahi" which is a play that began on December 13th, today is it's final show. Also Minami will be in a film titled "Imagination Game" which will be released on March 10th. She's been doing some filming for it but there's no news of anything at it's site which was just created.
If you have some free time and a spare 68,000 yen lying around then would suggest this event taking place in a few days. Minami will be hosting her 'X-Mas Bus Tour' and who wouldn't want to spend the holidays with her.... or should I say who wouldn't want to spend every day with her!!!! At the top mentioned for the first time there would be a second post for the runner up and also mentioned hate to refer to Minami as being #2. But the fave who did finish in the top spot truly deserved the position and like Minami may never make the top twenty list again. Say that because both will be busy in the future but doing non-Idol activities, would imagine many of them will fly under the radar and not have many pics/videos.
Speaking of videos that's what the next post is about as on November 15th Minami released her first gravure DVD "Minami no Kobito". The next post has over eighty screenshots from the DVD which is such an arousing watch, have already viewed it five times and there is a video of it in the next post too. Minami held an event for the DVD on December yet besides these two pics could find no others from the event as it appears no news site covered it nor did Minami post more of the pics from it on her blog. After those two are a sample of the hotness you'll see in the next post.
Actually think this is going to turn out to be a terrific post, didn't realize I had so many new Minami pics but that could be because she's the only fave who I check daily on for current happenings. Minami for two months now has had a Freshlive.TV account which is also their site address and has posted many videos there. Problem is you have to pay to watch them and have no clue how to do that as you pay in yen, her latest one cost 1,080 in in yen or $9.50. Minami has many guests on her videos and most seem to be interesting. Minami is still is friends with her ex-UUG mates and on her last show had Akari Saho as a guest.
Have a little bit of everything for this post such as these concert pics from over the years. Will be doing a post for Up Up Girls soon as even though Minami is gone I still enjoy their songs and no group puts on a more exciting show, they also had a new single at the end of November.
Minami does a passable job with her blog and Twitter entries, doesn't do enough of them but when she does they're always filled with a lot of info and pics. But once Minami graduated from UUG she had to create a new blog which didn't happen overnight, here's some recent pics from it and that top pic is just too steamy to believe....
September 15th was the date of Minami's graduation from UUG but it was also the date her first and only photobook ever was released and will work on getting the all of the pics.
Sadly getting close to the end, could post about Minami 24 hours a day if I could....
Keep promising a 'pairs post' with her best friend Yuu and never seem to get around to it but absolutely promise to have at least one after the new year.
Finally made it to the end but it's not the end of posting about Minami as it appears she's still going to be a busy woman but still wish she had remained with UUG and bet many others share that selfish thought. Have a few 'greatest pics' to end off with and there's a video that's a must watch after them.
