'Top Twenty Faves' countdown for 2020: Position #4, the distinguished and bewitching Mai Shiraishi!

 The most impossible list would to rank her top fifty pics, where would we begin?!?! Do know the above two would be on the list but is there any way to have a list of just fifty pics?!?! The answer to that is of course NO and I think the major problem with this post is what's left for me to say about Mai?! She's closing in on 400 posts, she doesn't have the most of anyone yet but that'll be changing soon. This is her fourth year on the list and it's the first time Mai has cracked the top ten though it should have happened every year.

 Have said too often that I tend to take Mai for granted, you can always depend on her for stupendous spreads, looking so elegant at events and really every activity she's done the past nine years. She finished 15th on my first 'All Time Top Twenty Faves' list and still think that was the right position back in September 2018 when it was done. For the next one, Spring 2022(?), would have to consider Mai as the front runner just as long as she doesn't disappear. She won't be going AWOL, so many popular Idols do once they graduate but I think she's going to remain quite busy the next few years.

 There's a semi part two for this position which is the next post. It's a bit of a recap of her October 28th farewell concert, there's plenty of screenshots too plus the link to the three hour performance. Another Mai post soon will be for her documentary that aired a week before her Nogi departure. Her last post had some screenshots from it, have more for today which are a teaser for that upcoming post. In many of these pics she was talking about the "Girls Rules" single which was her first time as a center.

 Mai turned 28 back in August, really hope that marriage isn't part of her immediate future. Don't think so as she has her head on straight and knows this is the time to remain busy when her popularity may never be higher. 

 Sigh, guess she wasn't too pleased seeing good ol' Nao as her groom!!!! Hmmmm, seems as though she's working on another career, not as a taxi driver but....

.... as a professional golfer! She does have a long way to go as it was her first time swinging a club and you can view that adventure at her YT channel: Mai's YT channel

 Of course we know what time of the year it is and nobody on the list has more X-Mas pics.

 Plus a few New Year cards, will have more in her next post. We're not done with Christmas yet as this batch is from seven years ago! It was Mai's first solo event and it was held on November 29, 2013 as she was on hand for a grand opening of a new Samantha Thavasa store in Omotnsanda. She talked about how Nogi was going to perform for the first time at Budokan the following month, now an arena that size just isn't large enough for their huge fan base but those smaller venues had their better shows.

 There's been five or six Mai posts since September, her last one was her most popular post of the year. So with that many it means there's not all that many new things but that still doesn't mean this won't be one tremendous post. Vogue just signed her to be a model so that should seeing her in their mags plus hopefully many pics from their site, these are her first pics from them.

 Last post had a super duper spread for anan, these are outtake pics from the photo shoot.

 Every year try to find the fave who has been in the most pics with the others from the list. Up to this point the leader had six and guess what, Mai has now tied for the lead! However she would have been #1 had she just one pic with either of the two Keya members who made the top ten....

 Just one mini new mag spread that's from the November 10th issue of Flash.

 With just one new set why not go back in time and take a stroll down 'Shiraishi Lane?!'. Have a pair of older sets with the first being from the May 12, 2017 edition of Friday.

 Know Mai has a pair of spreads coming out soon and she'll be the cover girl for both sets. This other oldie is from the April 30, 2018 issue of Big Comic Spirits, the video of the photo shoot may be my top one of her.

 And with that we've hit the finale, not many newish pics but there were some oldies that had never been posted before. Know what every viewer wants and that's some mouthwatering pics to end off with and there's no shortage of them when it comes to Mai, now where's the follow up to her "Passport" PB? After the pics check out a new CM for Asahi Super Dry Beer, who wouldn't want to split a few pitchers of brew with her?!
