Suzuka Tomita: Once again, who better to end a month off with?!!!!

 

 It is sort of an honor to have the first or last post of a month but I consider the latter to be a slightly higher honor. Suzuka just may be the first to have the final post for two consecutive months and why did it take a graduation for her to finally be noticed by so many of you viewers? Am writing this up yesterday as I wanted to make sure this was complete plus I was really looking forward to doing this post, I can never get tired of looking at her photos. So the question right now is will there be any more posts published today? For now am clueless on that, have written up one drama recap but need to pen up another before it can be published. Would like to have one more regular post for today but then again don't want to use a lot of things I've put in reserve and to save some things for September, guess you'll know soon enough how everything panned out....

 This will be a large post though it could have been bigger. This is Suzuka's third post in ten weeks and I don't want to use all of her new photos and info up in one post so will be holding a few things back. The plan is to have another post in about a month or perhaps even October, hope that by waiting we'll hear more about her post-Hina career and it also gives me time to scrounge around for other things that have been missed over the last few months. As of now don't know what the future will hold for Suzuka and it's got to be tough for J-Pop Idols such as herself. While she is well liked and popular it's mainly with fans of Hina and she may not be too well known outside the world of '46 groups'. That's quite common as not every Idol can be a superstar but she does have some positives that may help her career. For instance Suzuka may remain doing music and is probably very curious how an ex-Keya's solo career will pan out and you know who I'm referring to. Suzuka is also a huge Formula One racing fan, she's not doing it now but the previous couple years had been a reporter/co-host of two racing shows and wonder why she's not doing that this year?

 What I hope doesn't happen is that Suzuka decides to take a break of more than a month. I'm no expert but have witnessed hundreds of graduations over the years as I do so much posting about J-Pop Idols. One huge mistake is taking a break, it's especially hurtful when you're not a huge star and it's so important to remain busy before you're forgotten about so I do hope she's reading this and follows my advice though like I mentioned am no expert. Suzuka is such a likable young woman and she's someone who I will be following in the future, one Hina graduate has had a semi okay solo career as an actress but besides her most others have sort of disappeared or are doing under the radar projects. This is Suzuka's 17th solo post plus has had hundreds of photos in Hina group posts as she's someone I've liked immensely for a number of years. However very few of you viewers did as her first fourteen solo posts had the least amount of views ever for an active Idol, not having gravure pics certainly hurt her popularity but these days I could care less about those. But will confess Suzuka 😍 looks amazing dressed a bit scantly and in all honesty how many others can top her figure? Very few and while the first fourteen solo posts weren't popular these last two have been her most viewed ever. What a shame it took a graduation for her to be noticed here though she does have a smallish core of fans who used to leave comments and are they still here?

 Sigh, she was supposed to keep that a secret but will forgive yet another of her endless mental lapses. How about that top pic right above(!), did just confess to saying how amazing Suzuka looks in her photobook but had she never had one still would be a massive fave of mine but the book has bumped her up a few positions on my list. In a worse case scenario there will be at least two more posts for her, a regular one in a month or so for any new happenings plus the pics I'm holding on and of course some encore viewings of older pics. Then there will be a post for her dazzling photobook but that wouldn't be until December, as a group Hina has less books than Nogi or Keya but overall I think their photobooks are the best of the three '46' groups. There's a trio of second generation members still with Hina whose books were just so stupendous so isn't it time for them to have another along with a third generation member? Know many of us think so plus it would help putting Hina back in the spotlight a bit here. So much attention has been directed towards the 4G gals which is why there have been so many graduations the past year. I miss doing posts for my fave 2G members but sadly there hasn't been too much I can do about that.

 Had no intentions of writing the above paragraph, all of a sudden the words began to flow out and just couldn't stop so hope it all made sense which I'm sure it did. Let's get on with the meat of the post, have quite a few new photos for today but nothing from the last ten days as those will be in her next post. First up are these photos Suzuka posted at her IG page this past month, a few are from her graduation even though that took place a while ago. The top one is her final monthly message pic at the Hina site, Suzuka's final concert with the group took place at the end of June but she was an 'unofficial member' until August 6th which is when her photobook was released.

 You will notice a few pics above of her Hana-chan partner Konoka, she is truly someone I miss doing posts for. On July 23rd Suzuka taped an MTV show titled 'One Last Live' and her mate was there to perform two songs. The special was aired on August 24th but as of now don't have a copy of the concert nor is it on YT so am holding back many pics and other details from the show. While the title does say 'Last' it's not Suzuka's final concert but her last one as a Hina member, below are some pics from the show and she was backed by a regular band. EDIT: Konoka is the cover girl of a new magazine and that hasn't happened for a while so will be working on a post for her which should be done in about a week.

 Have a small batch here of Hina group cards, have one other special set but besides those these are Suzuka's final ones for the group unless graduation cards are released. Actually it's not too small of a batch, many are cards for her "Suzuka" solo song that was in the group's 13th single.

 To promote the photobook, that MTV special and her hopefully successful solo career Suzuka did do quite a few interviews, some terrific pics below are from them. What I've noticed so often is that a woman will do about five interviews in a row as they're dressed the same for all of them which often results in the interviews being very similar. Which means while there are some definite answers there's also quite a few vague responses but then again perhaps the woman is unsure of what the future holds for them. But just once want to see some off the wall answer such as an Idol wants to become the first female Prime Minister of Japan!!!! Have the links to a pair of interviews which are interesting and she does seem like a fun gal to hang out with, at a little over 165 cm Suzuka was one of Hina's tallest members and in January will be hitting the age of 25.

 There was only one smallish magazine spread for the book so me let hold on to that for her next post. So will have an older spread from volume 21 of Platinum Flash that was released in July 2023, usually there's a special edition for each season. While I think this set of pics is fabulous most viewers didn't as these kinds of mag spreads were common in Suzuka's older posts which were often avoided like the plague(!) and those I do recommend checking out. Most will have a mag spread in this vein, bet Suzuka had at least ten solo spreads while with Hina.

 The book's official release date was on August 6th, the day before Suzuka held an event at the Tsutaya bookstore in Shibuya. The title of her first and probably only photobook is "Suzuka Circuit" which is a reference to her being a huge racing fan. At the event she did say she was still unsure about the future, this event was Suzuka's final one as a Hina member. Plenty of super duper pics from it below and sadly there wasn't a video for it.

 The book's photo shoot took place in Queensland, Australia and think another Hina book may have been set there also. Below are some promo pics that had been posted before but deserve to be seen again, the first two pics of the post are also from the book. That first pic is so stunning, it doesn't happen often but Suzuka did leave me speechless.... WOWOWOWOWOWOW!!!!

 Sales in the book's first two weeks out were about 30,000 copies sold. That's an okay number considering books don't sell as well as they once did and though popular can't say she was a very huge star while with Hina.... but she's certainly been one of my top Idols of the past three years! Will end off with even more promo pics from the book, all are close to perfect but especially the first one and final three. For years raved about how attractive Suzuka 😍 was and also how alluring she was in a demurely way, bet many rolled their eyes at my gushing but as you can I've been proven correct! Actually she looks even better than I had imagined and now those fantasies are out of control! After the pics is a video from three weeks ago when Suzuka hosted 'Showroom' to talk about the photobook, I also enjoy how her voice sounds and the show itself doesn't begin until the 4:45 mark. That bottom photo reminds me so much of Yuki Yoda, in her third photobook she had a picture so similar to that one.... whew, don't ask me to judge whose pic was better!!!!
