It's not a huge negative that August is the slowest month of the year for activities and why not turn the situation into a positive one? Which is what will happen and the slower stretch will let me do more posts than usual that could be considered a tad odd for here but ones I enjoy doing quite a bit. Will be having more regular photobooks than I usually do for August and not all that many will be for J-Pop Idols though will have one for a Nogi gal this weekend, still want to do a bit more editing to the pics and it is a large book. As I've said a few times before voice actresses are a group of women who I like immensely. they're not as bodacious as gravure models but I think to myself 'So what?' and all in all tend to like them more. So will have another 3-5 posts this month for semi older photobooks from voice actresses, none will feature a slew of gravure photos but all will be super duper posts!
EDIT: It's about ten hours later and the Nogi book which I said would be posted this weekend won't! The book is Nagi Inoue's first which came out close to four months ago so that's not a problem, I always wait at least three months before posting an Idol book. However the book reentered the top ten sale's chart again this week so because of that will put it on hold again. If it drops out next week may do the post then, I have seen too many photobooks to count but to be honest Nagi's truly could be the best one ever, whew....
Good timing for his book as in eight days Shuka will be hitting the age of 29, doubt if I'll be able to have a regular post for that occasion but will make an attempt to do so. Many voice actresses are popular here and glad to see that, this makes it five total solo posts for Shuka plus she's had some things in Aqours group posts. Those previous four posts have an average of over 3,000 views and not many women here can boast about that! It does surprise me slightly but those posts were all terrific and I really have enjoyed doing posts for Aquors but they've been so hard to do the last few years. So as mentioned Shuka will be hitting the age of 29 on August 16th and like so many voice actresses isn't that tall as her height is just 151 cm. She hails from Saitama and would recommend checking out those older posts for much more bio info and many different kinds of photos.
So many are now over the age of thirty so it is a wonder they've been together for so long plus all have such busy solo careers. Such as Shuka does and she got a bit of a late start as a voice actress as she was almost 21 in age and most start younger than that. Like the other group members Shuka has released a good amount of solo singles and mini albums plus has had many solo concerts. Just checked and she has a total of five albums and they've all been popular as none has finished lower than 14th on the charts and one even reached the fifth position. On to the book which has the English title of "Shu's Summer Vacation" and was released on February 14, 2022 which if course was Valentine's Day. For the photo shoot Shuka traveled to Okinawa and what a popular place that is for photobooks. This is her second photobook and at the time Shuka was 25 in age, there's a total of 101 pics and a digital version came out a year later. Undecided if I will be posting her first book that came out in 2018 but know there will be two more books this month for other Aqours members, there will be another in August for Rikako who had the first post of the month.
