Previous Positions
It may seem like a lot of current J-Pop Idols made the list but that's not truly the case. Making it was of course Miku from HKT for this position, then there's two from Keya plus one each from Hina and Nogi. So that's just five active Idols who made the top sixteen but there were four others who have graduated from their groups, kind off odd how all four graduations took place this year. Only three who could be classified as an actress/model made the list and what a slow year it was for my bigger faves.
Miku is number one in two categories for those who made the list. At 151 cm she's the shortest woman, she beat out #13 but one cm. Plus being 21 years and three months in age she's the youngest on the list, as a matter of fact that's a new record beating out someone from last year by one month. So was waiting for
Miku to hit the age of 21 which is why her first post wasn't done until October 15th, this makes eight posts in fifty days which is such a pace and it won't be slowing down for a while! The eight posts have about thirty magazine spreads and even after today will have six more to post plus she'll be the cover girl for two more upcoming magazines! Don't have ay kind of awards for most things but if there was one for the best magazine spreads in 2022
Miku would win that award going away! But to expand that a bit I think her spreads for this year were the best of anyone has ever had in a year, she may have had the most ever in one year also!
So if
Miku can increase her other activities a bit, such as more regular modeling pics, appearing at events and various other things she'll be on track to be my #1 fave for next year! She did deserve to be a few spots higher but sometimes give an edge to older women plus I didn't begin posting about her until October though it was an effort not to. These list posts are really the same as regular ones, just try to make them a bit larger. Let's start off with some HKT cards from September, bottom two pics are for Christmas and will try to have some holiday photos in her next post. She's had a pace of one post every six days but will start making it once every two weeks.
So while it's been close to impossible keeping up with
Miku's magazine spreads can't say the same for her blog/IG pics. This batch here goes from October 15th until the end of that month.
Will have four sweltering Miku mag spreads for today, she's the cover girl for all of them as usual plus all are fairly large. First off is this set from the September 8th issue of Weekly Shonen Champion and she seems to appear in that mag more than any other one.
Wonder if it's an advantage for
Miku to be in as semi popular group such as HKT? Bet if she was with Nogi, Keya or other '48' groups there's no way she would appear in as many magazines, you have to agree that her photos in these spreads are simply too alluring to describe! Next up is this set from the October edition of
EX-Taishu, with a cover like that bet the sales really increased at newsstands!
There weren't as many spreads in September and October but did have one for October in her last post, there's been about five for December so far though. Up third for this post is this scorching set from the November issue of
Bubka which is also the largest of the four spreads.
Last up is another spread from
Weekly Shonen Champion and their November 17th issue, of course
Miku was their cover girl. There is a semi major award for those who appear on the most magazine covers in a year, she'll run away winning in the Idol category. My only beef, which is a major one(!), is that there's been zero videos of any of
Miku's photo shoots this year. It's baffling why as I'm sure they would be popular and to date she's only ever had one video from her spreads which was all the way back in 2018. So will skip having a video but sure the hotter than hot pics make up for that!
