Welcome to my humble site....

Hajimemashite minna san....welcome to my site on my fave Japanese Pop Culture likes such as dramas, movies, magazine scans, promo events etc. Mainly concentrate on my faves...Risa Watanabe... Miku Tanaka... Yui Kobayashi....Miyuki Watanabe.... Nene Shida.... if you're a fan at all of any of them then you've come to the right place(!) but many others are featured here besides them. Do mainly quick reviews on things I've watched, try to make the reviews brief, quick to read through with not too many spoilers, just whether they're good or bad and why I thought so plus whether you may find them enjoyable. Many, many screenshots are included from everything I've watched plus any video trailers if they're available. Hope you find something that interests you, don't hesitate to comment, arigato gozaimasu!

Kisumi Amau: Her preeminent Young Champion 'Would You Like to Hold Me' digital book though....

.... not too much else but there are over a hundred photos in this post. Odds are extremely high this will be the only one for today, have those periods where I'm in a state of Blahness which appears not to be a real word but it's one I've been using for many years! This makes it six posts for Kisumi since December 1st so for the third consecutive year she's qualified for the yearly faves list. Kisumi is the sixth to hit the six post mark and can see about eight more women also reaching that though most will be close to ten. So the amount of women hitting six posts will be dropping again, three years 32 hit that mark but doubt if I'll even reach half that total this year.

Kisumi did begin off the year slowly but has now had four posts since mid-March, I think she does have many fans here but the views for her posts have been dropping. Then again she could be one of those women who have staying power, for instance a post done in March may currently have 440 views but when I check six months from now the total will be over 800! Besides the book have two other things with the first these being pics from Kisumi's IG page over the last two weeks. Included is the cover for a Bomb Love Special edition plus some pics from the photo shoot and will have that spread in her next post but after seeing so many scantly clad pics of Kisumi over the years the first few are the ones I like the most.

Have one magazine spread for today which is from the March 25th issue of Young Champion and features outtake pics from the book. As you can see Kisumi is the cover girl and these days she usually is for the magazines she appears in.

On to the digital book and isn't the title for it 'Would You Like to Hold Me?' so appropriate?!!!! So did say earlier that this is the fourth post for Kisumi in less than two months which means there really isn't much left to tell you about her. The #2i2 group will be disbanding in December and Kisumi has been with them since they formed in late 2020, they're a fun group but one that has mainly just had a cult following. The breakup shouldn't affect Kisumi's career at all as gravure modeling is what has made her popular and this book contains 89 photos. This book was released on May 1st and there was no video for it which is sadly too common for Kisumi's photo shoots. So after the book have the latest PV for #2i2 and their song "Light Seeker" which I do like quite a bit. It's such an upbeat song and better than most J-Pop you hear these days so it's a shame songs like this one are rarely big hits.
