Welcome to my humble site....

Hajimemashite minna san....welcome to my site on my fave Japanese Pop Culture likes such as dramas, movies, magazine scans, promo events etc. Mainly concentrate on my faves...Risa Watanabe... Kyoko Saito... Yui Kobayashi....Nana Owada.... Nene Shida.... if you're a fan at all of any of them then you've come to the right place(!) but many others are featured here besides them. Do mainly quick reviews on things I've watched, try to make the reviews brief, quick to read through with not too many spoilers, just whether they're good or bad and why I thought so plus whether you may find them enjoyable. Many, many screenshots are included from everything I've watched plus any video trailers if they're available. Hope you find something that interests you, don't hesitate to comment, arigato gozaimasu!

Ji-won Ha: The King 2 Hearts episode 2 screenshots and review

Ended off the first episode with the elite military teams from the North and South finally meeting, the tensions were running high between them and it will be that way probably for many episodes though at times they do come together to help each other but that distrust barrier is proving hard to overcome for them. The highest level of tensions and distrust are between the King's brother Lee Jae Ha and the drill sergeant from the North, Kim Hang Ah(Ji-won) and to everyone's surprise in the show and us viewers they were selected to be roommates! While nothing has happened yet between them in a romantic way through 4 episodes it surely will yet at this point neither can really stand each other though they do have somewhat of a mutual respect. One major point we're learning is about Kim Hang Ah, she is a tough drill sergeant but deep down really wants to find a man and get married and lead a normal life, none of her comrades had known this until now but it starts creeping into the main plot a bit more with each passing episode, she really is a romantic at heart. That's what mainly happened during this episode, both teams are trying to get to know one another better, though they may not like each other too much they have to participate together in the WOC so slowly they are getting to start to trust the other a bit more but there are still major issues with that.
Don't like to give away too much of a drama, for myself like going in a bit cold to them, find I like them a bit more that way and so far that's been the case for this series. have some great Ji-won screenshots from this episode which may also help you to follow the story a bit better.
