Rena Takeda: 'Young Jump' digital book plus a trio of magazine spreads....

 

 Usually take the final day of a month off which I will do tomorrow but also came close to having no posts for today as there isn't all that much going on with my favorite women. For no reason have the inkling in another week or two things will be picking back up but least this current stretch of posts have been so terrific and larger than usual. Before I gave up on doing a post for today did recall that this Rena digital book from last year had never been posted, it's not as steamy as her ones from years ago but she's such a huge fave of mine and you viewers too as she's never had a post get less than 1,100 views!

 Odds are low it will happen but would love to have a post this July 27th as Rena will be hitting the age of 28! Haven't the years flown by for her and us too, that date is the only. time three of my faves have the same birth date. It's been five years since Rena retired from gravure modeling which meant the amount of magazines she's appeared in has dropped by about 90% which is why the posts for her have become far and few between, she only had two last year but both were truly fabulous! These days Rena is mainly an actress and have seen her in at least seven dramas though none from the past two years. Was going to have more than the mag spreads and book  for today but thought why not save any recent pics for a possible birthday post?

 Holding back those recent pics sounds like a wise idea to me and hope it works out. Above is of course Risa who also shares a July 27th birthday and where has Risa disappeared to? The digital book was published by the Young Jump magazine and do have a mag spread from eleven months ago that promoted it. Then thought why not devote a whole post to Young Jump so besides the book have a trio of mag spreads, those have been posted before but not the book. In many posts for long time favorites have been including older magazine spreads as most have been forgotten about or if you're new to this blog you may have never seen them before. First up for the three Young Jump spreads is this set from their February 28, 2019 issue and never did find that book mentioned in the spread so there may not have been one. Joining Rena is Sarii Ikegami 😍 and to say I adore her to no end would be such an understatement! She's 29 in age and I also wonder what's happened to her as she too retired from gravure modeling and it's a shame there weren't more spreads with this unbeatable duo.

 Second Young Jump is from their January 30, 2020 edition and about three months later is when her last gravure photo shoot took place. This makes it eighty posts for Rena but for so long thought she was a shoo in to hit a hundred but that will never happen though it will next month for an ex-Keya member.

 Last Summer the Young Jump magazine celebrated its 45th anniversary, many of their issues back then featured the models who had appeared in the magazine so often over the previous twenty years. Rena was of course one of those gals and she was their cover girl sixteen times(!) which has to be a record for the magazine. This set seems to be Rena's final mag spread to date and is from the July 4, 2024 issue of Young Jump, many of her older covers were featured in the spread.

 On to the finale and think I lucked out with this post as I really like Rena so much and sadly will confess I haven't thought enough about her over the last few years. Which is easy to understand as she seldom does much else besides appearing in dramas and bet a few reading this have also at times forgotten about her. This Young Jump digital book was released last June 20th and contains 52 photos, I didn't get it until two months ago and it had slipped my mind that I had it until today. This book doesn't feature any gravure photos but there's plenty of those in two above spreads and also her older posts, I think Rena looks better than oki-doki in this pictorial and after the pics is a video of the photo shoot.
