Nanase Nishino: Few more recent happenings....

 

 If you're a Nanase fan this should be a good week for you as there will another post this weekend. Her first major film role is in the "Korou no Chi Level 2" movie that's being released this Friday and should have many pics from it's premiere. She's also going to be in a pair of films coming out later on this year. Nanase has been a busy gal as she's also appearing in the "Hakozume" drama, that series had a two week hiatus but is back on schedule. Nanase is an okay actress when you compare her to Nogi members or other Idols but in the drama you can see she's not at the level of the two main female stars.

 On the preliminary list for this year's top twenty faves Nanase landed in the ninth position, can't see her dropping and could move up a spot or two. She was #1 back in 2018 and the rule was then if you were number one for a year you weren't eligible for future lists. But changed that this year and all previous winners can now make the list, she would have been in the top the last two years also. This is post #396, four more to go until the magical milestone of 400 is hit and no one will ever catch her as far as total posts go.

 On to a pair of new mag spreads, first is from the August 13th issue of Weekly Asahi.

 What I've noticed in that current drama is how soft Nanase's voice is, it was always a bit soft but not at the level it is these days. Nanase remains a popular woman in Japan as she usually is the cover girl for the magazines she appears in, this set is from the August 17th issue of Flash.

 What's been lacking lately has been events for my larger faves but Nanase attended her second one of the year today. It was a mini one down in Nanase's hometown of Osaka to promote the film coming out this Friday. Few pics from the event here which is followed by a short video of it.
