Hajimemashite minna san....welcome to my site on my fave Japanese Pop Culture likes such as dramas, movies, magazine scans, promo events etc. Mainly concentrate on my faves...Risa Watanabe... Kyoko Saito... Yui Kobayashi....Nana Owada.... Nene Shida....if you're a fan at all of any of them then you've come to the rightplace(!) but many others are featured here besides them. Do mainly quick reviews on things I've watched, try to make the reviews brief, quick to read through with not too many spoilers, just whether they're good or bad and why I thought so plus whether you may find them enjoyable. Many, many screenshots are included from everything I've watched plus any video trailers if they're available. Kanami Takasaki: A potpourri of older magazine spreads....
It's one of those days when I'm in a complete state of blahness 😡 so this may be the only post, least nothing else is going on so picked a fine day to take it easy. Have had many posts for Kanami's older books and spreads but may make this the final one. There will still be some things I want to get to but will have those in future posts that feature new activities and will use those spreads to fill those posts out.
The last two months have been a bit too quiet for Kanami but that's okay as she was close to being the busiest gravure model from 2020-23 though she does a bit of acting also and does appear on variety shows. Will begin off with some new photos from her IG page, the bottom one is promoting her first ever set of trading cards that come out in June. There will be two events for it and also know that Kanami has a pair of upcoming mag spreads so posts with new things will be coming up soon.
For this post think I'll stick with her 2021 magazine spreads, fairly positive almost all from 2020, 2023 and 2024 have been posted. First up for Kanami is this set from the October issue of Cyzo and she was their cover girl.
No cover for Kanami for this set which to me is better than the above one and could be the second best for spread today, it's from the May edition of Entame.
Kanami seemed to be at the peak of her popularity during 2021 and 2022 as she was often the cover girl for most of the magazines she appeared in. She has that honor for today's other three spreads and this one is from the April 23rd issue of Young Animal.
Fourth up is this set from the July 12th edition of WPB, it was promoting her first regular photobook that came out two days later and have had a post for that terrific book.
Will end off with what could be my fave of Kanami's five spreads which is from the February 12th issue of Big Comic Spirits. There are usually videos from these photo shoots but there are none on YT so after the pics have a short video for the above spread.
