Welcome to my humble site....

Hajimemashite minna san....welcome to my site on my fave Japanese Pop Culture likes such as dramas, movies, magazine scans, promo events etc. Mainly concentrate on my faves...Yui Kobayashi... Miku Tanaka... Nagi Inoue....Maria Makino.... Nene Shida.... if you're a fan at all of any of them then you've come to the right place(!) but many others are featured here besides them. Do mainly quick reviews on things I've watched, try to make the reviews brief, quick to read through with not too many spoilers, just whether they're good or bad and why I thought so plus whether you may find them enjoyable. Many, many screenshots are included from everything I've watched plus any video trailers if they're available. Hope you find something that interests you, don't hesitate to comment, arigato gozaimasu!

Tomi: Her monumental WPB "Yumeyo Samenaide" digital book and slightly more....

This is another semi-smallish post but seeing as how it shouldn't take me too long to finish think I can squeeze a second post in for today or at least start working on one. Having two posts in a day hasn't happened often this past month. I've been doing posts for Tomi since 2019 yet this is only her 34th which is an average of about five a year and even though that pales to the amount some women get here Tomi is still one of my all time faves. Until yesterday never thought about her possibly making the upcoming All Time Fave's list but why not? I like her immensely plus how many others who currently get many posts were also having them seven years ago????

Not many women were, by my count eight who were getting a fair amount of posts in 2019 are still getting them on a consistent basis and about another half dozen still get posts though not nearly as many. That is the biggest reason for the drop in posts but have discussed that often enough, the pool of women who I still do posts for seems to decrease with each passing month. But not so for Tomi and this is her fourth post in five months, she was in a J-Pop group called #2i2 who disbanded in December. I thought the group was holding Tomi back a bit and it turns out that was the case as she's been quite busy for a while and think there may be another post or two coming up very soon. It's still a ways off but Tomi isn't too far away from celebrating her 30th birthday and she's always looked much younger than her actual age, I started doing posts for her shortly after her twentieth birthday.

The photobook for today is fairly large at over ninety photos so could have just had that but these days hate just having one thing in a post unless it's a massive regular book. Will have two other mini sections and the first are these recent pics from Tomi's IG page and she does post many scorching photos, the top one is of the next magazine cover she'll be gracing.

At 149 cm Tomi is the third shortest woman I post regularly about, the other pair are from BababaBambi and will have at least one post for a member coming up soon. Second for this post is a mag spread from the March 30th issue of Big Comic Spirits, this is such a terrific spread and try to include older ones in posts for Tomi and others as it's a shame when they get forgotten about.

We've quickly hit the end and Tomi does grace so many magazine covers, have wondered on occasion how popular she really is in Japan(?) and she does have a good sized fan base here. There was no mag spread to promote this digital book which the WPB magazine released on April 20th, the title "Yumeyo Samenaide" roughly means Don't wake me from this dream and if Tomi is in that dream can understand why you wouldn't want to be aroused!!!! There's 92 photos n the book plus five extras to bring the total to 97. But there was no decent video from the photo shoot so after the pics is one promoting her second regular photobook "Pomi" that was released in February.
