Hinatazaka46: Their second mesmerizing post for 2021....

 

 Hopefully a pic like that top one will draw in some viewers as these Hina group posts are seldom popular. Never quite know why I don't do more group posts as they're so much busier than Nogi or Keya, this is only their second of the year but they easily could have had over five. But did make a promise about a week ago that there would be at least two posts for May and will live up to my word. But though the posts don't come frequently these Hina group posts are the largest of any group/fave I post about, hundred pics for today and am holding at least that many back.

 That bottom pic is of the members holding up the group's second photobook 'Hina-natsu'. It's not a true PB as it's a collection of their weekly pages from Flash magazine but it did rank #1 on the charts last week selling 91,000+ copies. The top pic is off Shiho who will be the center for Hina's fifth single "Kimi shika Katan" which is coming out on May 26th. Glad they finally switched centers and here's some of the covers.

 A major reason for needing more group posts is that I don't have a chance to get to enough members so perhaps there will be two more this month. Ayaka is a gal I really dig, she's a model for the JJ magazine but no recent pics but do have one from her group blog. The members post so many pics on their blogs and it's impossible to keep up with.

 Kumi is Hina's captain and also their oldest member, she turned 25 on January 22nd which also is the birthday of two Nogi members. She's a model for Ray magazine, some terrific pics from their site and as you can see she'll be the cover girl for their next issue.

 On March 26th and 27th Hina celebrated their second anniversary as a group with a pair of concerts which were held in front of an audience and was also streamed. The group's songs are good but to me they could use a bit more energy but they do put on such an entertaining show. But of course Hina has been around for over four years and not two as they did start out as Hiragana46 and were the Undergirls to Keya, what a wise decision it was for Hina to split from them.

 What I'm looking forward to is recapping the group's new drama, it's their third one. "Re:Mind" from 2017 was an excellent show but didn't care for last year's "DASADA" all that much. This new series is titled "Koeharu!" and it's set at a voice actress school. Viewed the first episode and it was enjoyable but of course a bit fluffy but one that I think will be a solid series. Not sure of the schedule yet as far as recaps go, think what I'll do is have a trio of posts after the third episode is subbed and then figure out the schedule for the remaining seven shows.

 Mirei has the lead role in the drama and it's nice to see some other members who don't get as much exposure. Have a pair of mag spreads, this first one is from the April 8th edition of Young Jump. It features Kyoko who has become such a popular gal here, also in it is Nao and am surprised she has the next Hina photobook. Third member is Shiho and I really thought she would be the member with that next PB especially as she's the center for the upcoming single, lot of fans wished she had a PB too.

 The member I really adore these days or actually for many months now is Konoka. She was out with health problems for a couple months late in 2020 but she's feeling fine now and to me looking much better than fine. Konoka's also in that new drama and have some recent blog pics, no Idol posts more of them than her and on April 27th she celebrated her 22nd birthday.

 Will do a solo post for Konoka soon but have been saying that for a while. Konoka will end off the post with this stupendous spread from the June issue of Bomb, bottom five pics are from the photo shoot. The theme song to the new drama is "Koe no Ashiato" and it's on the upcoming single, you can view the PV after the pics.
