Miku Tanaka: Her scorching new 'Young Gangan' digital book #2 plus a pair of magazine spreads....

 

 

 Not much time for blogging today so this will be a simple and quick post but one jammed with over eighty new searing photos! It's been almost four weeks since my last 'Current Watches' post and that's a series you viewers seemed to enjoy. Instead of recapping an entire drama or reviewing some movies discussed my current watches in one post and tried to keep my thoughts shortish which isn't easy for me. Those posts were getting long so decided to take a break until February or March but that's too much of a gap so will will do three posts this month for what dramas I'm viewing. The first will be in about four days and I am juggling many series at once from America, Japan and Korea with all being superb.

 Sigh, once again Santa didn't leave such a present under my tree and let me take a break for a few minutes to let my imagination run wild! Miku was my #1 Queen in 2024 and for the first five months of 2025 was very busy so she had a chance to retain her crown for the second year in a row. However from June until September Miku had her first quiet stretch since I began posting about her and had only three posts in four months. Beginning in October a refreshed Miku has once again been her old self and somehow her photos are better than ever! This is her fourth post since the 2026 'Nao Year' began on December 1st, she's the first to reach that figure and while that pace won't keep up know I can do at least one more post this month.

 For being such a slow year for posts 2025 had some very pleasant surprises, for instance photobooks were better than ever plus it was such a nice resurgence for the women in the second and fifth spots on the fave's list. Another huge surprise was that Miku is once again very popular with you viewers as her fifteen posts averaged almost 900 views and that put her in second place on that list. So I'm sure Miku is thanking you for that and after I finish writing this post up will send her another e-mail saying we we need a party to celebrate being in second place!!!! Hmmm, or perhaps she won't for Miku is irate she wasn't number one! Will have four sections to this post with the final being the new digital book. First off are these photos from the past week from her IG page, as you can see many were from January 1st. The top pic is with an AKB fave of mine and I've missed doing posts for her but it's been out of my control as there's been such a lack of magazine spreads, books and events to include in posts.

 The title says there will be a Young Gangan book and that is true. Miku is the cover girl for their current issue which is dated for January 1st but the spread isn't promoting the book(!) nor of the Young Gangan book that I posted last week! Hopefully it means another book will be coming out soon and this is her largest spread in quite a long time. But won't add in best spread in a while as doesn't every mag spread she have get close to a rating of a 10/10?!?!?!?!

 On December 19th two Young Gangan digital books were released, the photos were entirely different in both and there was no recent magazine spreads to promote them. HOWEVER there was a spread for today's book but it came out almost ten months ago, their March 21st issue! So while the photos in the book are new for here the photo shoot took place so long ago and was the magazine hoping us Miku fans would have forgotten all about this stupendous spread?

 On to the finale and by now you know it's the Young Gangan book that came out on December 19th. So that meant a gap of nine months between the book and the magazine spread that featured outtake pics from it, I've never seen such a long gap. No upcoming dramas are scheduled for Miku but she just wrapped up her latest one two weeks ago. On December 24th she released her first solo single but the charts for the final week of the year haven't been revealed yet. This book contains 61 photos and of course Miku looks too good to believe! Couldn't find a video for the book but there is a mini one for today's first spread and that's after the pics.
