Nao's top ten Faves for 2024: Position #2, the tantalizing and enchanting.... Akari Suda!!!!

 Can't think of any ultra superlatives to describe that top photo which you will see again further down and also often in the next two months, will explain why later on. One more position to go and will have that in two days, this was a tough year for posts as only seventeen women had the six posts needed to qualify for the faves list and usually the total is above 28. But was just thinking about the top five positions and that is a strong group, this spot and third in most years would have been in contention for being #1 but this year's Queen ran away from the pack. Just like last year as no one in 2023 came close to Akari 😍 and I was so glad to see her get what she deserved, I have been ga-ga over her since 2015 and while she doesn't have a huge fan base here there are only 2-3 women who I adore more than her!!!! Two or so days after the post for number one is done will have a wrap up post discussing the list, why some didn't make the top ten and a lot of ramblings about things. Then right after Christmas will have two more lists, one will be for what the most popular posts were for the year.

 The other list will be for who the most popular women were here for 2024, that list will have about a dozen on it. That list is figured out by what the view average is for someone's posts, in a way it could be your viewers fave's list and it wouldn't surprise me if for once we had the same #1 woman which has never happened before. One plus(to me) is that I don't change who I consider to be my all time favorite women, so many are like Akari in that even after five years have remained massive favorites of mine. In the last position post mentioned how three women on the list.... second, third and sixth.... were tied with doing a rarity. In the last three yeads their list spots have added up to be a ten or in other words they've averaged a 3.3 position on the list! That's an oddity and is a good example of how my faves don't change all that often and is that the case with many of you viewers?

 Akari is the first woman to have finished in the second position twice. Her other time was in 2018 and as mentioned above last year she was my number one Queen by a mile(!), in 2022 she ended up in the seventh spot on the yearly list. After 2018 it was so difficult to do posts for SKE, not just Akari but all members and that's continued on until today. Did do a group post early in the year but none since, guess I need to work on more as I still enjoy their singles. So a shortage of posts was the only reason Akari didn't make the list for a three year stretch but things certainly turned around in 2022, so much she had more posts in 2023 than any other woman! This was a solid year but only up until May, seemed after that her activities dropped off but they've been picking up lately and wish she would do more things around Japan as most activities tend to take place in her hometown area of Aichi.

 So even though Akari had seven less posts this year compared to 2023 she still had fifteen which was tied for the second most. Have a strong feeling there will be many after the new year begins and will explain why just a bit further down. Not sure how many photos there will be for this post but a hundred sounds like a solid estimate, with over forty brand new for here and will start off with some older Christmas pics.... how I wish she was stuffed in my stocking!

 Also have some ancient SKE cards for the holiday and these had never been posted before. Those are becoming a rarity but there still are a few out there which I will get to sooner or later.

 A huge difference between 2023 and this year was the amount of regular events that Akari attended, bet in 2023 it was around eight of them and I really dig Akari's semi laid back yet classy style. Seems this year the total dropped to two and none after May, don't know why there was a drop but that was a reason for less posts. Also because I am getting somewhat caught up with her older activities prior to 2020 but there's still some older things I can include in posts that haven't been seen yet. Such as this terrific batch of pics which are actually newer than most older things as this set is from October 7, 2021 when Akari and two SKE mates were at an event to promote a group photobook titled "Soaked SKE48" and didn't she look overly swell at the event? Of course I think so and as a bonus have a video of the event which is after the pics, that's a book I have never viewed and don't know why as many of my fave SKE members were still with the group. Let me see if I can obtain it or see if it's worth getting, if so expect to see that in the near future.

 

 Akari's last event was at the May 7th Spring 'Girls Award' show, have a feeling we will see her at a couple in the first few months of 2025. For in a surprise it was announced last month that her second regular photobook will be released next February or exactly two months from now. Akari's first book was simply tremendous, it was my second favorite book for 2018 and the only reason it wasn't #1 is because that was the best year ever for books. What makes this second one a surprise is that the first wasn't a good seller which was kind of shocking, 30,000 copies were printed yet it sold only half that amount or at least by early 2019. To date just the three pics below have been released to promote the book but sure many more will be coming out the closer we get to the book's release.

 Two of the above pics are in this smallish magazine spread from the December 13tjh issue of Friday that has other outtake pics from the book. Such as the top photo which led off the post but that was a 'clean version' and Akari did say the book was going to feature her most nude photos to date which sends my blood pressure soaring....

 Many viewers or J-Pop fans may not recall or even know but at one time not many had as many gravure spreads as Akari did from 2014 to mid 2021. Since then her spreads have slowed down and what a shame as she truly looks better than ever but with the new book coming out we should be seeing some upcoming magazine appearances. On the bright side Akari had my number one spread of the year which was from the May issue of Bomb, the video from the photo shoot was also my #1 of the year and that will be at the bottom of the post.

 So often have said I should do a post just devoted to Akari's IG photos though it may never get done with the main reason she has too many stupendous pics! She truly posts at least one a day and while most viewers roll their eyes at photos such as these to me they're unbeatable and show woman can look overly magnetic dressed in a conservative style. Below are some of Akari's recent IG pics from the past five weeks but could have had more, all are of course terrific but I think the first 8-10 are the best.

 We've hit the finale and coming in wasn't sure if this would be a huge post or not but thinking back on it no one has larger posts than Akari. Will end off with some overly perfect photos and while Akari isn't nearly as bodacious as gravure models or other Idols in my eyes I can only think of perhaps four who are more alluring, sexy or desirable than her 😍!!!! Maybe not even four and I have ben ga-ga over her for close to a decade now, back on October 31st she hit the age of 33. After the pics is that video from the Bomb magazine photo shoot and as mentioned it was my #1 of the year! So highly recommend viewing it and what's special about it is that it was Akari's first ever gravure video! She's had over fifty magazine spreads in that vein but for some unknown reason there were never any videos from those photo shoots. At 19+ minutes the video is long but you can easily skip to the 4:40 mark, my favorite part begins at 9:50 and you have seen many screenshots above taken from that part when Akari was dressed in red... WOW!
