Nao's top ten Faves for 2024: Position #8, the sizzling yet adorable.... Mio Minato....

 Didn't plan on it but am zipping through these positions, may have a few things coming up soon so may need to take some days off so may as well get ahead of myself. About a month back did promise to do a group post for BababaBambi and that will be happening soon as I'm waiting for a few more new things which I hope happens. Will discuss them more in that post but 2024 was so similar to last year as they were so busy up until June and then such a big drop in their activities. 

 As fans of the group know Mio is no longer with BababaBambi and I really don't know the story of what happened, bet very few people do. She had been with the group since they began in the Spring of 2020 and had been their unofficial leader. The group will never sell a huge amount of singles but their popularity had risen over the years, so much they headlined a March 14th Budokan concert. Two weeks after that Mio announced she was going on hiatus because of some health issues, three weeks later a trio of new members joined the group. When that happened I didn't have a good feeling and save for a few IG photos nothing was heard from Mio until the end of July. At that time she announced her graduation and there was no farewell concert so what truly did happen? Mio hit the age off 27 in June but that's not an issue as two other members are also that age. Could she have left the group because she was tired of being just a semi-popular Idol and knew that level of popularity may ever grow? Or did she do something we aren't aware of such as having an affair but that I doubt for these days it's so difficult for Idols to keep such things a secret. So for now I don't know what exactly took place and will just have to take Mio's word for having health issues, it wouldn't be the first time it's happened with a J-Popper and on the bright side on November 1st she did sign with a new agency.

 So there hasn't been much of anything that's happened over the last seven months but Mio was so busy up until April and really wanted her to make the fave's list at least once for she may never be eligible again. She also qualified for the 2023 list and can't figure out why she didn't make the cut. So Mio did have six solo posts and also had many pics/news in three BababaBambi group posts, if that hiatus and graduation didn't take place she would have been battling for the #1 position!!!! Have tried explaining it in previous posts and don't know if I came across clearly but bet I did. Which was saying even though Mio 😍 just has thirty posts she's more than just a big favorite of mine as she's a MASSIVE ONE for if things had worked out better she would be in the running to be my all time #1 woman!!!! 😍

 Saying that is not an exaggeration for I fell head over heels for Mio 😍 the second I saw her first photo back in the Summer of 2019. She was 22 at the time and as terrific as she looked then it's no comparison to her present alluring looks. In all honesty I can only think of 2-3 others who top Mio as far as looks go plus her sultriness(to me) is off the charts! But it's more than just looks as she is such an interesting woman who first became popular doing cosplaying, she's also done regular modeling, been a J-Popper, has done some acting and would make for such a charismatic host on a variety show. Plus if Mio wanted to become a FT gravure model she could become my #1 in that category too, am not lying when I say no one has topped her gravure photos from the past two or more years.

 Try to have as many new pics as possible in these posts but that won't work out for each position though it will for the top three. So when that's the case will have many things from earlier in the year to show why that woman ended up where they did on the list. Mio did sign with a new agency(Trustar) but hasn't done any activities with them so most things for today will be encore viewings which is not a bad thing as her posts just get a so-so amount of views. So will have a little of a lot and how about one small set of BababaBambi cards? They don't have many but this mini set had never been posted before and it was to promote their first mini CD that came out in July 2021, they only released two digital singles this year.

 Did say cosplaying was an activity which did make Mio semi popular and that was back in 2019 before she joined the group. Have had many older photos of that activity and save for one all of the below are new for here and the last is my fave one....

 Also have some Christmas pics that hadn't been posted here before. The top five had been and were 2023 group pics for the holiday which can be found at the Maly Moon site. They have many group and member's pics there where you can order their uniforms, will have some brand new ones from the site in that next BababaBambi post.

 Mio did audition for Nogi though of course didn't become a member and was that such a bad thing? Don't know when that happened but seeing as she was born in June 1997 am thinking 2013 when she was sixteen in age and that's the year auditions were held for the second generation members who were my faves of the group. This is the only two pics of this duo which she posted at her IG page in the Summer of 2023 and did they become secret friends at the auditions? 

 Let's go way back in time, well five years which isn't too long and below is Mio's first ever gravure mag spread that's from the January 20, 2020 issue of Young Champion. Six months before she had moved to Tokyo from her hometown of Fukuoka so she had just celebrated her 22nd birthday and she was a very popular cosplayer in Fukuoka. Hmmm, got to thinking that's the base of HKT so wonder why she didn't try auditioning for them?

 Those above pics are just five years old but hasn't Mio's looks changed so much during that time, for the better if you ask me. To show why she deserved such a high position on this year's list have a pair of mag spreads from early this year, this first set is from the March 11th issue of WPB ad it may have been her last solo one as a BababaBambi member. This spread featured outtake pics from a digital book and she had three of them from December to March. Those are worth checking out and wouldn't take long to find them if you click on her label, those three are so super duper and also shows why she made the list.

 This other spread is the second best one Mio has ever had and is from the February issue of Young King Bull. It too was promoting a digital book and that may be my top one of the year, her best spread was from volume one of Sunny Girl from July 2023.

 Not positive but fairly sure there is one digital book from 2021 that hasn't been posted here and if not will have that in January. Just because Mio is no longer with BababaBambi I don't want her posts to stop as I adore her to no end 😍 and did I gush about her in the intro!!!! Will end off with some beyond perfect photos from the past few years and I don't care what others may say for in my eyes only 2-3 women can top her looks and sultriness!!!! Mio does have a pair of gravure DVD's and I watch them constantly, her second one for her 2021 photobook is unbeatable. There is a video for the WPB spread and that's after this dazzling set of pics, the video isn't as gravure as it could have been but hadn't posted it until now and I think it's quite enjoyable.
