Bit of a slowdown with regular photobooks the past few years but as I've said they're better than ever! "Birth of Venus" is Ruka's second official book and two versions were released on the same day which was December 19th. This is the web version and all of the pictures are different than the other book though the pics were from the same photo shoot. Try to begin off a month with a super duper photobook and have a pair all ready to go. On June 1st will have Minami Umezawa's second book which of course is so tremendous but will do another post for her before then as her graduation concert will be taking place on May 21st. Up first for books will be the lead off post for May and it'll be of a Keya(Sakura) member who hasn't been talked about here for a while. That's their captain Rina Matsuda and I was kind of surprised she did have a book but did deserve one. Another surprise was how terrific the book is and she's someone I've liked for a while but it's so difficult these days doing posts for Keya members, expect Rina's book on May 1st.
News Flash!!!!
In such a shocker just read at Ruka's Ja.wiki page she announced her marriage on March 31st and that came out of nowhere, I had been wondering why we've heard so little from her the last few months. Found out that first Ruka announced the news at her X page and then at the Dressy site, of all things that's a place for wedding gowns and other things associated with marriage. Ruka left her agency on March 31st but it doesn't appear as though she'll be retiring as she just opened a YT channel but doubt if we'll be seeing many gravure photo shoots in the future. So that is some shocking news and who her husband is wasn't revealed but truly hope it wasn't a shotgun wedding. On to the searing photobook and could this end up being Ruka's final one????
