Yui Kobayashi: Is back in the hunt to be my all time #1 woman.... and may have achieved her ultimate dream!!!!

 

 That top photo is my #1 of all time and has led off more posts than any other picture but it been at least five months since I last posted it. Hmmmm, realized once again why that was for I can't take my eyes off that photo and it could take me hours to finish this paragraph, whewwww!!!! Have used that title once before, that previous time don't think it was true but now it's certainly become so. Though Yui may never get back to the level of activities she did while with Keya she's been consistently busy over the past year and every post is chockful of 40+ new photos, that wasn't the case for a seven month period in 2024. For so long have been saying Akari will be #1 when the third 'Top Twenty Faves of All Time' list ends this September and she very well could be. However the last few weeks Yui 😍 has somehow slipped by her quietly to be my current number one woman of all time and in all honesty even if she isn't #1 on the list she still may be my all time favorite. So it will be a friendly battle between Yui and Akari to see who my top ever woman is and in the 2022 list they had back to back positions. But I do wonder if Risa hadn't retired and remained somewhat busy would she have repeated as my number one woman?

 This is her fifth post of the 2026 'Nao Year' so for the seventh consecutive year Yui has qualified for the fave's list. That's the second longest streak ever and don't think anyone will break the record of nine which is an active one. But Yui does have another 'Iron Woman' streak as she holds the record of 22 months in a row with a post. Her rival for being number one of all time was coming close to that record but she won't have a post for April so her streak of seventeen months with a post will come to an end. That means Yui 😍 will have the current longest streak at fourteen months but would like to have some months with more than one post. Which may happen in May for she has a movie coming out at the end of May and just learned that two weeks ago. I don't know much about the movie yet which is why I won't be talking about it today but do have some promo pictures for it. Think it'll be premiering at a Film Festival so Yui's next post will have a lot of info about that movie and I have been saying for a while when was she going to make a return to acting?

 Over the last four years no woman's posts have been more consistent as Yui's as far as getting views goes. But wish that average was so much higher, seems each post gets between 500-650 views and no post has reached a thousand for close to three years which that was for her second photobook, what does it take to make a woman popular here?! Gravure photos certainly help and Yui did have many pictures of perfection in her two photobooks but odds are high we may never see her do any more gravure modeling. Which doesn't disappoint me as Yui 😍 looks breathtaking no matter how she's clad but will admit wouldn't mind seeing a few new pics like these....

 There's no doubt Yui's posts are the largest and mainly because when I'm writing these up don't want to stop! Whew, how about that second pic above which has been in many prior posts and it's making it so difficult for me to concentrate which isn't such a bad thing, gulp. So if you are a Yui fan you must enjoy these massive posts and today's will be no different for you as there's close to fifty new photos and quite a few golden oldies. Seeing as how Yui's posts aren't too popular try to have encore viewings of older photos for most will be new to many of you readers and perhaps others have forgotten about pictures from five or so years ago.

 In Yui's last post had quite a few terrific photos from the March 14th Spring 'Tokyo Girls Collection' show and she's been at about fifty of those large fashion shows since 2016. Found a few other photos from the show and know zero about her mate in the last two pics.

 Today Yui was at the Spring 'Girls Award' show, like the above one it was held at the Yoyogi National Gymnasium in Tokyo. For now don't have many photos but should be able to find a few more for her next post, she's been at four shows to date this year but none are held from May to September.

 Will jump back and forth between older and newer pics, this terrific set are some old Keya group cards for their 'KeyaKise' web game which was active from 2017-20. To me these are the best looking cards from any '46' group and some of these had never been posted before. Hmmmm, wonder what I would do if I went into my local convenience store and saw Yui behind the counter?!!!!

 Yui is a rarity among graduated J-Pop Idols as she's continued her musical career as a solo artist and is doing very well. For her music she uses the name of Yousti which is a combo of her name and an Ostrich, she explains why in interviews and have a pair of new ones for today. Last August her first mini album was released and it did well as in week one it hit #5 on the charts. On March 25th Yui/Yousti released her first single "Game of Life" and that too did well as it hit number eight in the charts in week one and sold about 12,000 copies. These days hitting the top ten for a solo artist is impressive and selling 12,000 copies is also impressive to me, her songs are all good though wish she would 'rock out' a bit more but her videos have always been energetic and fun to view.  Interview number two with the Lotus site is actually a bit older as it took place eight days ago, it's not as long as the above interview but was a bit more interesting. For instance Yui talked about how she's been learning to write songs, she didn't do the music for the single's three songs but did write the lyrics and said she's been improving by the day with her writing. That bodes well for the future as it means Yui will be sticking with music for a while and am quite pleased to see her first two releases have been successful, here's the link to the Lotus interview

 No new magazine spreads and will there ever be any again for Yui who had more of then than any other Keya member from 2017-20. This being April let's go back exactly eight years for this spread from EX-Taishu and think this was her first time having a solo magazine cover.

 Yui is a model for the andGirl magazine and her photos for them are always fabulous but there's been so few the past two months. So will hold in to those few for now and go back in time for another batch of golden oldies. From July 2018 until June 2023 Yui was a model for the With site and she still has so many photos there, this ultra superb batch is from exactly five years ago, April 2021, as I'll once again stick with this current month. I have posted many hundreds of photos from the site but not all so this and future batches will have plenty of ones that have never been seen here before.

 I especially like that bottom photo, who wouldn't want to have a pair of Yui's!!!! Was going to moan about the lack of IG pictures at her page but she actually surprised me with a vast amount, all of course get a grade of an A++++ from me and as you can see many are of Yui promoting her first single. She also puts on such an energetic live show though they're not two hour concerts.... yet.

 As usual will end off with some beyond perfect and alluring photos of Yui,😍 I can never get tired of them and are a reason she just may be my all time #1 woman but they still don't seem to garner her any new fans.
