Welcome to my humble site....

Hajimemashite minna san....welcome to my site on my fave Japanese Pop Culture likes such as dramas, movies, magazine scans, promo events etc. Mainly concentrate on my faves...Erika Toda!... Yuko Oshima... Nogizaka46!.... C-ute.... Masami Nagasawa!.... if you're a fan at all of any of them then you've come to the right place(!) but many others are featured here besides them. Do mainly quick reviews on things I've watched, try to make the reviews brief, quick to read through with not too many spoilers, just whether they're good or bad and why I thought so plus whether you may find them enjoyable. Many, many screenshots are included from everything I've watched plus any video trailers if they're available. Hope you find something that interests you, don't hesitate to comment, arigato gozaimasu!

Few tidbits.... have no idea why the background color constantly changes, think Blogger keeps doing it.
New item on the right is the 'Featured Post of the Day', will be putting some fabulous oldie posts which some of you may have missed the first time around, all will be at least one year old.

Nogizaka46: X-Mas concert from December 13th screenshots part 3

Third post for the group's X-Mas concert which took place on the 13th, they also did a show on the 14th but think this was the really major show as all the members were involved, the other concerts didn't feature all of the members. First two posts were from the first 80 minutes of the show, the concert was close to 3 hours long and finally finished viewing it today. Won't go too much into detail but I would really recommend watching this, it's fairly easy to get and this one of the most enjoyable shows I've ever seen, to be honest AKB may sell more many more copies of their singles but the current edition of the group kind of pales to how fantastic Nogi46 is. Not every song was sung live but quite a few were and the ones that weren't think they recorded just before the concerts so all of the songs sort of 'live' then, too many idol bands only do a 'concert' with the CD playing and to me how can that be considered live?
The group performed a total of 30 songs, there was also a lot of interviews as there was an MC for the first half of the show, explained it a bit more in the previous two posts. Too many highlights to mention, they performed all their hits plus a couple of cover songs with the highlight being their cover of the old SPEED song "White Love", they sang that song live and really pulled it off well. There's two more posts after this one and I'll give more recaps of the concert in them, last post will have their set list. Need to do so many posts as there's a total of 185 screenshots, think there's a limit on how many pics in a post plus don't want to make them too, too big. Enjoy these pics and like I mentioned would really recommend watching this if you get the chance.
