Yet another in this unnamed series which has been for cleaning up some older posts and also to give some long lost faves a chance to be in the limelight again even if it's just for a few hours. Some of the older posts had to be deleted and published again because the photos in them were no longer viewable. For this book and many others a decade ago had broken it down into two posts where one would have been enough so deleted the old ones and republishing them again into one post. It is nice to have these older posts as I do miss some old faves who were a huge reason why this blog became what it is plus I'm sure many viewers had never heard of many of the women.
Yuu could be considered an honorary Hello Project member, she auditioned for Morning Musume was back in 2006 but didn't make the cut. But was so close as she was one of six finalists out of almost 7,000 applicants so a few years after became one of their few solo singers.
Yuu's singing career was somewhat successful as she had eight singles make the top twenty up until 2018, since then all of her tunes have been digital ones but at least she's still active as a singer and not many at the age of 32 can say that. May 1st is when she will be turning a year older,
Yuu isn't nearly as busy as she once was but does have her next single coming out soon plus hosts two Hello Project web shows and is still single. Not sure if that surprises me and at one time she did have a budding acting career as she had the lead in the 2011 film "Cheerfu11y" which I did review and though a bit fluffy was very enjoyable.
Yuu did once make the yearly faves list and was I smitten for her up until 2017 but after that is when her activities slowed down. So it wasn't a case of me not liking her as much but because there were and still are so few things to post about her, also the old adage
out of sight, out of mind came into play. Have one other oldie thing for today which is this set from the April 20, 2014 issue of

Yuu did a lot of gravure modeling but sadly none for the last eight years.
Forgot to mention she also had the lead female role in the 2014 Sentai series "Kanpai Senshi After V" which I did do some recaps for and stopped, wonder why? On to the "Yuuwaku" photobook which was
Yuu's third and final one to date so have to presume we'll never see another. This book was released on July 27, 2014 when she was 22 in age and has 61 pics, that's a lowish total so there was no reason it needed two posts. The photo shoots took place in Tokyo and her hometown of Ibaraki, I think
Yuu looked so fabulous back then so what a shame this was her last book and hopefully these searing pics will want you to check out her older posts.
