Not much more to add in about Yuki as I have talked about her quite a bit in four previous posts over the last few months and glad I started posting about her again. It's now been a little over three months since her Nogi graduation and after a mini break Yuki seems to be busy once again so she's someone I will be keeping tabs on and expect more posts in the future which should please her massive fan base here. The only semi negative is that there probably won't be any gravure photos and the pics for today could be her final ones in that genre. Which is kind of okay as I think Yuki does look fabulous in photos like the second one above and also her mini Triangle book which was posted in February. Before we get to her third photobook have a few tidbits about a trio of Nogi members, one is a graduate and two are currently in the group and my dilemma had been should I post all three of their 2025 photobooks?
Gulp, can't think of any apt adjectives for the above pics and what a loss it would be if we do see zero gravure pics in the future, sigh........... My favorite Nogi generation has been their second and have had so many posts for the members but there has been a slowdown with them this year. Nine members were in that generation, eight have had at least two solo posts and a trio each have over fifty! But one member I never could do a solo post for was
Kotoko Sasaki though she did have many pics and info in group posts. She's become a semi-popular voice actress and I really enjoy posting about those gals but there's been a huge decrease in those posts. A few weeks back
Kotoko did release her first ever photobook so that is one I will definitely post as I do have it already but it wouldn't be done until August. Always wait at least three months before doing posts for regular photobooks and that will be good timing as August is when she celebrates her 27th birthday. Below are some pics from the book which doesn't feature many scantly clad photos and that to me is a positive.
About a month ago someone left a comment asking if I would do a post for a current Nogi photobook, it never hurts to request something as I will be fulfilling a request from four days ago. That viewer from a month ago had asked for
Nagi Inoue's book which was released on April 22nd, my comment was I wouldn't be posting the book. However I just may do so as I have acquired the book and why not as it truly is one fantastic set of pics and have been noticing
Nagi much more lately and will admit she is one attractive woman but wish
Nagi was slightly older. So if I use my rule about waiting three months before posting a book that would mean the end of July is when it would be done, actually August 1st sounds like a good date so expect that book then. The main reason for waiting three months is not to affect sales and this book is still selling well for to date it's sold close to 115,000 copies.
Lastly for the updates on Nogi photobooks is the upcoming one for
Ayame Tsutsui, sure most fans of the group know who she is and she's a 4G member. Even I know who
Ayame is(!) and in two days her first photobook will be released. So of course to date have seen only promo pics for the book but what photos they are which are below. That means I wouldn't be posting the book until September but will do a post for
Ayame before then to kind of introduce her and also may do that for her above mate, when I saw that first pic below knew that was a photobook that has to be obtained!!!!
I bet those upcoming posts for
Nagi and
Ayame will be extremely popular and who knows, may do more than two posts for each. Now let's return to
Yuki as after all this post is for her! For the photo shoot
Yuki did travel to Cairns and Brisbane which of course are both in Australia, so many Idol books have been set in that country.
Yuki's first book which was released in 2017 has sold a little over 100,000 copies, book #2 from 2020 was such a massive seller with over 220,000 copies sold. But the sales for this third book have dropped as to date it's 'only' sold 112,000 copies, that makes it the second best selling book of the year but that's a decrease of 100,000 copies from her second book! I can't give the exact reason why but while Nogi is still a very popular group they're not at the level they were at from 2017-21 but
Yuki is extremely popular so why such a drop in sales? I thought
Yuki's second book was better but the photos in this book are second to none and one thing I've noticed for all groups is that graduation books sell less than others. This book contains 121 photos and of course
Yuki looks so alluring but even her non-gravure pics are terrific so don't skip over those! Two months after the book's February 12th release there were seven bonus pics that came out and those are the bottom ones which makes the grand total 128 photos. Nothing more to add in and as mentioned will be keeping tabs on
Yuki for future posts and am also planning on doing recaps for her 2023 drama soon.
