Miona Hori: Yet another in the series of.... 𝑯𝒐𝒑𝒆 𝒚𝒐𝒖 𝒉𝒂𝒗𝒆𝒏'𝒕 𝒇𝒐𝒓𝒈𝒐𝒕𝒕𝒆𝒏 𝒘𝒉𝒐 𝒔𝒉𝒆 𝒊𝒔 posts.... volume one of ?....

 

 Sure there must be some viewers out there who been long time visitors here, say before 2021 and if you are it would be nice to hear from you. For I'm sure you would remember who my top women were and hasn't that changed so much over the last four or so years? It has and while there are still posts for many of my massive faves from those prehistoric times the number may have dwindled to about a dozen at most. That's not by choice as if I could still do many posts for the women who had a slew of them years ago then that would certainly make my day! But sadly it isn't so and those times will never come back which is both good and bad but will admit to missing some of my old time faves.

 Obviously much of the above is about Miona and you viewers know how crazy I was about her from 2015-22, not many J-Pop Idols had as many posts as she did but this is first one in 51 weeks! And prior to that there were just two for Miona in 2023 so hate to admit it but was kind of forgetting about her. But no more as doing a post for such an older fave definitely brings a huge smile to my face and I don't want to see it leave any time soon so the plan is to have her second 'comeback post' on April 1st and I vow to work on having many more after that! Which I hope may please a few of you readers but I doubt it, at one time Miona's posts did draw a large amount of views but save for the occasional post after 2020 her fan base here seemed to disappear and sadly that's happened to others also.

 This is a good time for a Miona post as March 28th marks her fourth anniversary of leaving Nogi and as I've said too often recently where has the time gone? If you don't know Miona well check out her older posts and does she have quite a few of them!!!! Four times she's made my yearly faves list and once finished in the second spot, she's my third favorite Nogi member and for a short while was my #1. When I did that 'Top Twenty Faves of All Time list back in August 2022 she ended up in the 13th position, had I done the list two years earlier she may have finished as high as fifth! Miona was busy after leaving Nogi and still is but not at the level she was once at. Then again because she was so quiet for a long stretch I hadn't been checking up on her as often but will do so from here on out. This will be a large post with about ninety or so pics, at least sixty are brand new for here and many older ones could be new for here also. Am holding back quite a few things from the past few months so as mentioned will have 'comeback post #2' on April 1st and hopefully another not long after that as there to be some things from 2024 that deserve to be posted.

 There are some women you go ga-ga over and like everything about them from head to toe but at times it can be hard to explain why. That's me as far as Miona 😍 goes and I've liked her since the first day she joined Nogi almost twelve years ago. Her first activity with them was being the center for their seventh single back in November 2013 which was "Baretta" and that remains by favorite A-side from them though do like a few coupling songs more. That was her only time being a center and having that honor so quickly may have turned off some fans but in the end run Miona did end up being the most popular second generation member and eclipsed the popularity of many 1G gals too. That got me thinking how I've only been able to do posts for one first generation member over the last few months or perhaps even longer, as I said in the intro where have all my favorites gone to?

 At one time all of the Nogi members would do posts at their blog with some news and photos though some were terrible at keeping their section updated. Not Miona who was by far Nogi's best blogger as she rarely went a day without doing a post and her photos were second to none. Now that she just has an IG page those posts have slowed down but least the pics are always terrific, these are from the past month. The bottom four are for Miona's upcoming web drama "Joyu Meshi" which begins on March  30th and will have eight episodes. What I think will happen is that one episode a night will air, will let you know more in her next post as by then two shows will have aired. Miona was only in one drama last year which was also a web show, the episodes(if you can call them that?) were just two minutes in length so why bother? To me she did a decent job in Nogi dramas but her shows after graduating have just been so-so, her acting has been okay but not the dramas.

 Sigh, we really  need to see this trio together again doing something whether it's in a magazine, at an event, on a variety show or whatever! This threesome are my favorite Nogi members and have you noticed how few graduates do any kind of work together after the leave their groups?

 It being March let's have some older Nogi cards for the month. The top ones are as they're from March 28, 2021 which was the date of Miona's graduation concert.

 This is a nice bonus here and perhaps the top part of this post! Miona has a fan club, at the end of next month she will be having an event for the members. To me what is so super duper is that Miona has her own collection of cards which you can get at her site, there are quite a few of them there. Have never posted any until now and you'll be seeing many more in the future as they are so fabulous! This batch is from 2023 and there's many ore from that year, my favorites are the bottom four... WOWOWOW!

 Miona has been doing much more modeling as of late, she did get out of that activity for a while. However won't be having any of those pics and videos for today as this post is large enough but you will see many in that April 1st post and I'm not fooling! As mentioned often recently have been adding in some older magazine spreads to posts as so many tremendous sets from years passed have bene forgotten or have never been seen! While Miona was with Nogi not many members had as many. spreads as she did plus hers always had a grade of A+++++++ from me even though very few featured any gravure photos. Here's a slightly older spread that's from the April 2021 issue of Bubka, what makes it special is that it was her final one as a Nogi member.

 Miona has a brand new spread that came out today but will hold on to that for her next post. Which is okay as this spread here could be her top one in over two years and she was the cover girl for the February 7th issue of Young Gangan. I am so glad this post was done as I had missed Miona and doesn't she look so darn fantastic in this spread, especially in that red dress.

 Will end of with another ultra terrific set of pics which was from an event held on March 7th at the HMV bookstore in Shibuya. Miona was promoting her new calendar which goes from this April until March 2026, at the event she did say that she often talked with other second generation members and to not count them out for having a reunion! Have plenty of super duper Miona photos from the event and the first three are from the calendar, how about the second and third ones! Nogi events never have videos, neither do their sister groups Keya and Hina. So a bonus after the pics is a video from the event and I enjoy seeing women I like quite a bit in a 'live setting' versus photos because it doesn't happen enough.
