Nene Shida: Hopefully the first of many posts for her triumphant return!!!!

 

 This is her first post in exactly four months and I'm going to be a bit like Nene over the next two weeks. Which is that you won't be hearing as much from me but that doesn't mean I'm not working on posts and as is the case for many other AWOL women just because you don't hear from me doesn't mean I'm guzzling down many exotic drinks on a secluded island though wish that was the scenario!!!! I need some time to work on a few things such as movie reviews, haven't done any for a while and they do take longer to write up than a drama recap so want to pen 3-4 of those. Also am working on a few photobooks plus some other tidbits for posts which are easy to do but time consuming so the posts will be sporadic for up to two weeks and it does need to happen now and again but won't go two days in a row without a post.

EDIT: Not that too many care about movies but I am a huge fan and watch at least five a week, usually ones released prior to 1980. Haven't started on any of the movies I will be reviewing as some research needed to be done, such as what order to watch the films. First off will be a pair of series of movies from the late 1950's and both have a theme of the hero wearing a mask, haven't seen any of them yet but am looking forward to movies. The first series is called "Moonlight Mask(story #)", there's seven of them and the other is a trilogy called "Nanairo Kamen" aka Seven Color Mask so if you are someone who enjoys older movies drop a comment as I seldom here from fans of that genre.

 May 9th was the date for Nene's last post which as mentioned is exactly four months and she's never had such a huge gap as that before. In three months Nene will be celebrating the fifth anniversary of her first post and no woman has had more than her since December 2020. So she too deserved a break and did notice it wasn't a true four month vacation for Nene as soon she will have many things coming out such as a few magazine spreads, two digital books and will be in a stage play opening in seven weeks. The Summer wasn't too busy for her so couldn't do a post around July 15th as that's when Nene hit the age of 27. At times have wondered how long will she continue as a gravure model as she does have a college degree that's been gathering dust but seeing how she's extremely popular may as well keep doing gravure modeling and you'll hear no complaints from me... or many of you viewers!!!!

 As of May 9th Nene was up to fifteen posts and was at a pace for 35 which would have smashed the old record of 26 which was done in 2022. Nene is the proud holder of that record and for that year she finished second on the yearly faves list. Entering May she was neck and neck to to become the first gravure model to top a fave's list but that won't happen now, probably second place either for taking four months off is hard to come back from. This makes it sixteen posts for her this year, if the total could get up to about 22 then Nene would be about fourth on the yearly list, it would be four years in a row making the top five which has only been done once before.

 There isn't all that much else I can tell you about Nene's recent activities because there hasn't been all that many. For the most part think she took about three months off but has returned as she did do quite a few photo shoots in August, those spreads and books will be coming out soon. For over six years Nene had worked non stop as a gravure model, regular model, actress, reporter and radio announcer plus had been attending college. So she's someone we can excuse for taking a longish break but wasn't totally quiet and did do some under the radar activities. Not a huge post as there's just four sections to it but hope this breaks the ice and the posts will begin coming fast and furious! First up are these pics from her IG page and not all that many for six weeks. The first three are for a recent Bis magazine photo shoot, the third pic is the only one to date featuring my all time top two gravure models!!!!

 Will be ending off with a mini digital photobook from WPB but her spread to promote it won't be coming out for a few more days. So how about another set from the magazine and Nene was the cover girl for their February 17th issue, it's nice to have an encore viewing of spreads that have probably been forgotten about. Didn't think of it until now but a project should be of counting up how many covers Nene has graced the last five years, would think the total could be close to fifty.

 Have a brand new Nene spread and she's the cover girl for the September 1st issue of Young Jump which features outtake pics of a new digital book for the magazine. Nene does have two new books then but had gone five months without any.

 We've hit the end, I often wait too long to post digital books and there's really no good or bad reasons for that. But it being four months since Nene's last post didn't want to hold on to this mini book for too long which is from the WPB magazine and came out just a few days ago. The magazine also released a few other books and they all share the same theme as they're for models who have appeared in a 'Kamen Rider' series, she was in the 2022/23 "Kamen Rider Geets" series and she needs to appear on more TV shows. This is not a large book with 35 photos but it's so nice to see Nene 😍 return as I and sure many others have missed her. After the pics is a video for the above spread's photo shoot, those pictures were terrific but the video is ten times better.... WOWOWOWOWOW!!!!
