Yui Kobayashi: Her second transcendent post for September!!!!

 

 One trait I have which I feel isn't a negative but a huge positive is how I'm a bit stubborn when it comes to blogging. Will admit I have my group of massive faves who I enjoy doing posts for over anyone else though have noticed their posts often aren't too popular with you viewers. It's good not to be a bit wishy-washy and go with the flow, I really don't care about the latest trends or such and it's a big reason for referring to myself as being stubborn. It's been a while since any newbie has been introduced, there have been some first time solo posts for voice actresses but most had been mentioned in their group posts and finally got around to doing solo ones for them. So at this point I really can't see introducing anyone new here, I'm getting older of course and so aren't you viewers. So my interest in most younger gals that are aged 20-23 has evaporated and seeing as how there's so few 25+ in age I've failed to do posts for the group who I currently do posts for is it! That's why there's seemingly fewer gals to post about everyday and do hope some start making comebacks or become a bit busier, have been able to keep the amount of posts at a somewhat highish and consistent level but for how much longer?

 Speaking of comebacks Yui 😍 has made a nice one over the last five months, when she began that long hiatus after graduating from Keya back in February 2024 I seriously thought she may have retired! Whew, glad that didn't happen but even after Yui made a return back in August 2024 she didn't do all that much until April of this year. But things are looking rosier for her career as she has released her first mini album, been doing some TV performances to promote it, is a model for a fashion site and still appears at many fashion shows. That's not at the level of busyness Yui was at while with Keya but she's been active enough and have noticed reading some recent interviews how she's become much more inspired about music and her future. Know I don't know Yui too well(grrrr!) but she's such a likable woman to root for and I'm kind of a sap as I enjoy seeing good things happen to good people and have mentioned too many times to count there's no woman I enjoy doing posts for more than her.😍

 This makes it seven consecutive months with a post for her, Yui holds the record with 22!!!!  This makes it ten for the year and for the sixth straight year she will make my fave's list, six years in a row on it is the current highest streak. Someone else has now qualified eight years in a row but three of those years didn't make the list. This is Yui's second post for September so while not a huge amount of new things there are about forty new pics and some other ancient things that were in much older posts. Before January 2020 Yui only had one solo post but had a vast amount of things in Keya group posts. January 2020 was 68 months ago and Yui has had 76 posts since then so that's over one a month and I can live with that pace, only one other mega fave has had more posts since then.

 Hmmmm, I say that every time I gape at a Yui photo 😍 and when was the last day that didn't happen?! First up will be some recent pics from her IG page, all have come out in the last two weeks and she's getting better at posting them. A few were from an online session she had with her fan club members and having those clubs have become so much more common the last few years.

 How many can tell me who she's with in that bottom photo?!!!! 😍 Two of those pics are from the September 6th Autumn 'Tokyo Girls Collection' show and was I disappointed again. For at one time the photos from those shows were so fabulous and many of my faves would attend. Fewer do that these days plus the modeling attire they wear has become just so bad, so that's why I've become so disappointed but there is a 'Girls Award' show next month and those tend to be the best fashion shows. Here's a small batch from the March 1, 2020 TGC show and I miss these kinds of pics, at the time Yui was appearing in a drama which is why she had dyed her hair reddish. She's appeared in two more Keya/Hina dramas since then and has she thought about trying to make it as an actress?

 It's the 21st and tomorrow is the first day of Autumn so have some older Keya group cards from 2017/18 for the season. Am running out of cards as Keya never had nearly as many as Nogi but will keep my eyes open for any that I've missed which does happen more than you would think....

 Yui has made a return to music as on August 27th she released her first mini album. I've heard it twice, the songs are good and mainly upbeat but wish she would rock out a bit more. Yui does play the guitar but have noticed in the past always an acoustic one, she needs to loosen up a bit and try doing a few Punk tunes! She did write the lyrics to a few songs and overall it's a decent debut album, hope more are in the way. Which I would think will happen for first week sales for the "Yousti" album were 11,536 copies sold.

 That made it the fifth best selling album of the week and I think that's a solid number for the album, more copies were sold than I expected. Glad to see that and Yousti is the name Yui uses when she performs, guess like Supergirl she has an alter ego!!!! She has said the Radwimps were a fave band of hers and I like them too, they were a rockin' group so let's hope her next album is too but as long as the songs are decent that's good enough for me.  No new magazine spreads for today though there will be an upcoming one. So let's go back exactly five years to the September 2020 issue of With, Yui modeled for them from July 2018 until June 2023. Then the magazine only had online issues so guess her and a Nogi gal were no longer needed, that was a shame as these kinds of spreads look so terrific to me.

 Yui will be the cover girl for the next issue of andGirl, she's been a model for them since March 2023 but until now had appeared in only one of their magazines. That cover is the first pic below, the others are new modeling photos from their site and why haven't a few other modeling sites signed her up?

 Will end off with some ultra sparkling Yui pics 😍, it's not the end of the world if it doesn't happen and probably won't but what i would give to see her have a third photobook!!!! Have been saying lately how a year from now is when my #1 for the 'Top Twenty Faves of All Time' list will be revealed, Yui is right in the mix with one other. But for now would say Yui is 1B but another book would propel her over her rival, even one that contained only a few gravure photos would be fine by me but would it ever happen? No new videos so for the fourth time will post a video from March 2020, four times in 5 1/2 years isn't too often and how I love viewing this one! Above had some pics from a March 2020 TGC show, at the time Yui's hair was reddish due to her appearing as Lily in the "Joshi Kousei no Mudazukai" drama. She was in four of the seven episodes and Lily was a transfer student from France. Even if you're not a fan highly recommend viewing the video which features her scenes from the series, it is so funny and enjoyable so why hasn't she been doing any acting?
