Miru Shiroma: Her searing '𝑯𝒂𝒑𝒑𝒚 𝑽𝒂𝒍𝒆𝒏𝒕𝒊𝒏𝒆'𝒔 𝑫𝒂𝒚' gift to us with her.... "Merci" photobook scans.... WOWOW!!!!.... version number one....

 

 Whew, haven't all four of her photobooks been a bit more revealing than the previous one, hope none of you report me for the above pic or another that's two photos down.... it may even be  better! While last year didn't set any records for quantity of photobooks their quality was better then ever, as fabulous as this book is it may only be my fifth favorite from 2025! Many books came out after November 1st, think five of my faves released seven books and this is the first that was released so of course it's the first of the seven. Hmmmm, fifth may be too low of a ranking so why not say it was my third top PB of the year.

 November 14th was the date this book came out, I always wait three months before posting a book and did Miru know that?! For exactly three months later is Valentine's Day and that's a perfect time for such a boiling book though I still prefer Miru's first book "Love Rush" that came out in June 2019. That's still in my top ten of all time and you readers think so too as the post for it has close to 20,000 views!!!! Miru was one of two that had a second photobook come out on the same day, the other is titled "Merci: Another Edition" and the pictures in it are entirely different. Sure this post will be very popular so once it dies down a bit will have that other book so thinking sometime in April.

 Whew again(!), like I said above that picture right above may even be better than the second of the post.... believe when I say my imagination worked a lot of OT when I first saw that above photo! As also mentioned every Miru book features her more scantly clad than the previous one, this is the first book to have some revealing see through photos. Miru's solo career since leaving NMB in August 2021 has just been so-so, she's been busy but definitely not as popular as she once was and is she hoping such provocative books will make her a star again? Her third book was also a winner but it didn't help Miru's career all that much, the main problem is the competition for ex-Idols finding solid work is so intense these days and that's even for popular Idols. Hmmmm, just thought of something and perhaps many of these ex-Idols who are 27-32 in age should form some sort of new pop group, I bet something such as that would be so unique and because of that would attract many of their older fans.

 "Merci" is Miru's fourth photobook, two while with NMB and two after leaving them 4 1/2 years ago. Miru has released two solo singles, appeared on a few variety shows along with being at a few of those huge fashion shows in the Osaka area and for a year hosted her own radio show. So she's kind of busy but like many others who I like a lot think she needs to work a bit harder at things though then again the opportunities may not be there. Miru is a long time favorite of mine, she's made the yearly faves list three times and still would place her in my top ten ten as far as hottest Idols go, two other NMB gals would be on the list also. For the photo shoot Miru traveled to Vietnam, that and Australia are the two most common countries Idols have been going to for books the last two years. Not much I can add in about Miru that I haven't said in her almost fifty prior posts, I really do like her immensely so I said those comments as I'd like to see her be more successful in her solo career. The odds are probably low but it'd be nice if I could do another post before doing the one for the other version of this book. Miru has a YT vlog and has uploaded some must see videos from the book's photo shoot, one is after the pics. Miru was a few months shy of celebrating her 28th birthday for the photo shoot, this October 14th she'll be hitting the age of 29!!!!
