Hajimemashite minna san....welcome to my site on my fave Japanese Pop Culture likes such as dramas, movies, magazine scans, promo events etc. Mainly concentrate on my faves...Risa Watanabe... Kyoko Saito... Yui Kobayashi....Nana Owada.... Nene Shida.... if you're a fan at all of any of them then you've come to the right place(!) but many others are featured here besides them. Do mainly quick reviews on things I've watched, try to make the reviews brief, quick to read through with not too many spoilers, just whether they're good or bad and why I thought so plus whether you may find them enjoyable. Mai Shiraishi: February 2014 news

Mentioned it before but there's no doubt Mai has the potential to be a star on her own, don't think though she has any plans on pursuing a solo career quite yet. She had her first major acting role in the Kamen Teacher TV movie that aired February 14th on NTV, it was a drama that aired back in 2006 and now was brought back for just this one movie. Mai played the character of Akari who was a high school student who someone had tried to kill by pushing her off a roof and she was in a coma for a little bit and when she finally woke up wouldn't reveal who the culprit was at first.
