Sayuri Date: Her beguiling "My Girl" digital book

 

 Wrote this up on Saturday but not sure when I'll set the publish date to be, probably for Monday. That's because I wanted to take that day off but didn't want there to be zero posts, this was an easier one to do plus I have been enjoying these intro posts for Sayuri who in the future may become a huge fave of mine. Wanted a day or two off from writing up posts for I want to work on one for a long time ex-Morning Musume member who is one of my top all time Idols!!!! She's had over thirty posts but so few the last couple of years so wanted to spend a little extra time working on it. It may not get done until Wednesday and knowing there will never be a huge amount of posts like there were in the past try to make them better than ever! This is Sayuri's sixth intro post and with that many no sense calling them 'Intros' anymore. Have one more book after this to post which is from June 2024 and her next post should feature mainly newer happenings. For Sayuri's third regular photobook will be coming out this week, there will be an event for it and there's already some interviews to promote it at some sites. Haven't seen any magazine spreads yet for the book but sure there will be, expect that post in about ten days. Sayuri will probably never end up being a superstar here but her first five posts have garnered 2,140 views to date which is an average of almost 430 per post, that's a decent average which will increase with time so nice to see there are some fans of voice actresses out there.

 My forgetfulness has been getting worse and getting a bit frustrated at that, I'm too young to have dementia or Alzheimer's. This time around what I haven't done is more posts for the Liella voice actress group, they formed five years ago and Sayuri was one of their founding members. Have done quite a few posts for another member and one each for a pair of other members but keep forgetting about the other seven gals! Not sure all can have a post for all but don't know if I don't try so this week creating posts for Liella! members is #1 on my list of things to do. "My Girl" isn't a true photobook but it's very close to being one and at 95 pics is as large as most books. This book was released on December 13th of last year and what it featured was outtake pics from Sayuri's 2024-25 calendar, at 95 pics this is much larger than a calendar! Well, regular calendars that is as her one for 2024-25 was a daily one. This book may have better photos and these days I prefer doing posts that feature these kinds of pics over scantly clad J-Pop Idols. Hope Sayuri's upcoming photobook and any others in the future don't contain any gravure pics and have a feeling none will though she's still just 23 in age. After the pics is a movie trailer and one that looks like an interesting watch but sadly the odds are low I can find it. "Naitei Daiko" is the title of the movie which translates over to Job Offer Agency, it was released on May 30th but was no big budget movie. Sayuri was the main star of the movie which had three different stories and it appears to be a semi-thriller about a trio of young women at job interviews! If so those kind of quirky films are the best and will discuss it more in a future post, a forgotten semi-fave has the lead in the third story.
