Welcome to my humble site....

Hajimemashite minna san....welcome to my site on my fave Japanese Pop Culture likes such as dramas, movies, magazine scans, promo events etc. Mainly concentrate on my faves...Risa Watanabe... Kyoko Saito... Yui Kobayashi....Nana Owada.... Nene Shida.... if you're a fan at all of any of them then you've come to the right place(!) but many others are featured here besides them. Do mainly quick reviews on things I've watched, try to make the reviews brief, quick to read through with not too many spoilers, just whether they're good or bad and why I thought so plus whether you may find them enjoyable. Many, many screenshots are included from everything I've watched plus any video trailers if they're available. Hope you find something that interests you, don't hesitate to comment, arigato gozaimasu!

Marie Iitoyo: Few recent happenings....

Back to back posts with two gals who are in my current top ten, bet very few would have either in their top twenty or perhaps much lower. To me Marie just may have the most attractive face of anyone these days plus she has such a killer figure. However she's's quite a conservative gal and the only time she revealed a bit of herself was for her first photobook "No Gazpacho" which came out a little over a year ago and sold a decent amount of copies.
Would love to see a second PB but there's been no news or rumors floating around about that. Guess my only complaint about Marie is that she doesn't appear in many mags these days even though she's an exclusive model for a few sites. No spreads for today but do have some A+ pics from many recent events and she looks so fabulous in them all, especially the final set. Marie will be appearing at the next 'Tokyo Girls Collection' show which takes place on March 30th. She always looks so incredible at those shows and the last one on January 12th she blew most other models off the catwalk.

Marie became an exclusive model for More last September. Have a few new winsome pics from their site while the last two are from their November issue.

Marie has three films coming out this year, the third will be released in the Autumn. But this month two of her films are coming out and actually she was at a premiere for one of them today. That's for the "City Hunter the movie: Shinjuku Private Eye". It's an anime film and she voices one of the main characters in it, Ai Shinodo. She's made the rounds dong some interviews for the film, these here are from the Animate Times website.

Dressed the same for this next interview which was with Girls Walker.

As mentioned Marie doesn't appear in enough magazines but she blows all other actresses away when it comes to attending events or doing interviews with websites. This final batch of interview pics are from the Kiss Press site.

There are even more interview pics from sites but will hold on to them as there may be another Marie post next weekend. That's because her other February film "Tora-san: Boku ga Neko ni Natta Wake" will have it's premiere next weekend and it appears to be an odd film. Pics here are from an event for the movie that was held on January 26th at the New Pier Hall in Tokyo. The top pic is just a promo one as she doesn't play a Neko in the film.

Marie does more than just attend film events as she was at an entirely different kind on February 1st. On that day she was at Universal Studios to promote a new campaign for them which is called 'Universal Student Fest'. It will take place during this year's Spring break and students under nineteen can get free passes to the place, discounts on rentals at their campground and a few other deals.

Back to the "City Hunter the movie: Shinjuku Private Eye" film and on January 29th the anime movie had it's first screening at the TOHO Cinemas which are naturally in Shinjuku. You'll notice that Marie changed her attire at the event and doesn't she look fantastic in black.... or really in any other color!!!!

Marie proves in this last batch of pics you don't need to dress skimpy to set tongues wagging or at least mine as she looks so drop dead irresistible! The "City Hunter the movie: Shinjuku Private Eye" movie came out on Friday but today the official premiere was held and like the screening it took place at the TOHO Cinemas in Shinjuku. Hard to believe there's no videos of any of the events so have the trailer for this anime film after the pics.
