Mai Shinuchi: A little bit of this and that....

 

 Not the largest of posts but as said a few times recently when I want to do a post for someone there's no stopping me! Have been semi-lucking out as I've been able to do so many posts lately for my mega faves who are a level above my favorites though as far as mega goes wish a few more could be done for my top two Keya members. Besides Mai being one of that small group of mega faves is that my second and third top Nogi members both had a post this month and neither gal had a post for what seemed like eons! Which in a way is true as both at one time used to have so many, to complete the hat trick of my top Nogi members having a post in March there was no way I could exclude #1 and sure most know it's Mai 😍. The trio were from the group's second generation and I had liked all nine members quite a bit and it's a shame that only one other has been having posts who of course is Iori and will say once again wish a few more members would follow her in becoming a gravure model.

 Mai has slowed down on her activities or at least ones that make for interesting posts. At times do say that I wish her and others were busier but then again bet when you're over the age of thirty the job offers have dwindled a bit plus how long does a woman want to be known as an ex-Idol? So while some readers may not enjoy posts such as this one because the woman is older or there's a lack of new gravure photos these are the kinds of posts I enjoy doing more than any others plus as I've said quite often if there's one woman I could choose to be my girlfriend it'd easily be Mai 😍!!!!

 While there aren't many newish pics there's about 25 current ones that are new plus there could be over twenty older ones that had never been posted here before and will have a few oldies thrown in as many may have never seen them. First up is this new batch of photos from her fan club which is called Maileage, it certainly sounds like a play on words but not sure which ones....

 You can see above some pics are from her 33rd birthday which took place on January 22nd, Mai does have an IG page but seldom posts pics there and saves them for her fan club. Here's another newish batch which are from the homepage of the Apple Podcast site where she hosts her own weekly show, to me that top photo is truly one of the best ones of the year and wish it had been from a modeling photo shoot.

 Mai started that radio show in August, she also hosts another solo show and is the co-host of yet another as she does have such a pleasant voice and is a very interesting woman. Once or twice a month she also will host some special TV shows so is busy but you can understand why it's hard to include photos from those kinds of activities. Usually have monthly group cards for an ex-Idol but let me skip having any of those for today and instead have some for Nogi's birthday/anniversary as I seldom post these. During the last week of February the group holds a pair of concerts to celebrate their anniversary but at times it's also a sad occasion as one or more popular members graduate which happened this year. Below are cards that go from 2021 back to 2018, because of the virus the 2021 birthday shows took place in July and August.

 Here's a real super duper older magazine spread that features a member who I thought or perhaps you also would never see here again.  This set is from the January 2017 issue of Bomb which besides Mai features Misa Eto who also celebrates her birthday in January. For a while Misa was my #1 Nogi member, she left the group in the Spring of 2019 and as many know is now married to a pro baseball player. Up until now had never thought about doing a 'Pairs Post' for the duo but me try working on it, in my opinion this pair is truly the best of all time. I do get some interesting comments and how about some for who your top pairs would be?

 Will have an encore viewing of this spread that was in Mai's last post but the ones for her these days aren't as popular as they once were so many may have never seen this. Which to date could be my top spread of 2025 and is from the January 30th issue of Big Comic Spirits, it's now a tradition for her to be their cover girl for a January edition as it's happened three years in a row to promote her calendar.

 We've hit the end, wish there were more recent photos but all in all these kinds of posts are difficult to top! Just like Mai is to me 😍 as I did say for the millionth time how she would make for my #1 girlfriend and for the finale have some ultra photos of perfection! There's no new videos save for audio ones from her radio shows so after the pics is a video from the above magazine's photo shoot. That too is close to being my #1 of the year to date and it's as close as she's ever come to having a gravure video but even if she never has one which is very likely I would still adore Mai 😍 to no end....
