Akari Suda: Has once again saved the day!!!!

 

 Bet most others wish I had a different woman as my constant savior but not certainly not Nao!!!! It is very true that when there's seemingly zippo for a post can always turn to Akari to save the day, she's never let me down.... wish in more ways than one!😍 July was a solid month and if I can do 40-45 posts a month that's a decent number for posts are easily twice as large as they were a decade ago. However August for some odd reason tends to be the slowest month of the year for most activities whether it's for photobooks, events, J-Pop singles, etc. It's something I've noticed the last few years and hadn't thought about it until today, don't know why there's a slowdown on things. While some prior Augusts may seem to have just as many posts it's because I saved up things for a 'rainy day', didn't do so for this year but do have that 'cleanup project' for older photobooks and also one other series that began last week.

 I did take a slight break with these Akari posts as it's her first one in over three weeks, wasn't planning on doing this today so it is one of my patented spur of the moment posts. Which for Akari aren't difficult to do as I have such a massive folder of her photos, almost twice as many as her nearest rival! It was also a slower time for Akari since that last post but do have quite a few new pics for today plus some encores of some older ones. This makes it twenty posts for the year, the record is 26 so I would think she can have at least seven more done by November 30th which is when the 'Nao Year' ends. Plus about two months later is when I predict Akari will reach 100 posts and many(me too!) never thought that would happen. Reaching that milestone has become so rare these days, an ex-Keya member hit that mark in June and that was only the second time it's happened in the last four years. In an odd twist she(Yui) and Akari are duking it out for who will be #1 when the countdown for my third 'Top Twenty Faves of All Time' list begins in a year, what a shame there's zero photos of the duo together.

 One other tidbit which is a semi-important one is about this year's faves list. As has been the case for eight years six posts are needed to qualify and this year will be the lowest ever by far. Usually 25-30 women would hit six or more posts but this year it appears only about fourteen will so the list may just be of my top eight but there's still four months to reach the mark of six posts. A huge reason for mentioning that is that Akari had been battling it out with 2-3 others for this year's number one position. No longer as those others have faded away and by July knew for the second time Akari 😍 would be my Queen for the year. That also happened in 2023 and last year she was second, wish it wasn't so easy for her but the main question is where have her rivals disappeared to?

 That above pic gets a grade of 1000/10 from me, it's a clean version of a magazine spread pic which you will see again further on down. In Akari's last post had a few photos of her throwing the first pitch out at a Chunichi Dragons game which took place on July 12th. She also threw out the first pitch at a May game and perhaps she's their Lucky Charm(!) as they've won both games. This matchup was against the Hiroshima Toyo Carp team and the Dragons are based in Nagoya which is Akari's home area. After the pics is a short video of her throwing the pitch and when you see her toss why was she celebrating?

 

 On September 19th the movie "Otokogami" will be released and have posted the trailer twice so won't today. In the film Akari has the lead female role and it appears to be an intense thriller so there should be many things to promote the film coming up soon. Such as some screenings and the first one will be taking place in four days so will have more news about the movie in future posts. We're going way back in time for these older Akari SKE cards which are for August, they cover the years of 2013/14 and know many of these had never been posted before.

 Above had such a tremendous photo that was from an older mag spread, here's the whole set. With it being August the spread is from this month but 2016(!) and the UTB magazine. Back then in May Akari had cut her hair for the first time in eons and at first can't say I was too enthused about it. However as time has gone on realized how terrific Akari 😍 looked with shorter hair though she quickly let it grow back. This was her second magazine photo shoot after cutting her tresses and this is truly one of her best spreads ever, especially that bottom pic.... WOWOWOWOWOW!!!!

 Usually end off an Akari post with a huge amount of photos from her IG page as they're so fabulous but will have one more batch after this set. These have all been added to her IG page since July 15th with the top four and bottom two pics being from today. Akari was in the city of Nisshin which is east of Nagoya and she does so much to promote the Aichi prefecture which to me is very impressive. Akari doesn't live in the city but is now an ambassador and the occasion was for an opening of a new family center.

 Let's end off with some overly alluring photos of Akari who will never be all that popular here but as most know she just may be my number one woman of all time!😍 Still can't believe how seldom Akari adds videos to her YT channel, she has no new ones for today nor are there any others. So once again will have her top video ever which is for the May 2024 issue of Bomb, it's close to being my #1 fave video ever and in a shocker she's only has two gravure videos from photo shoots.
