Nogizaka46: The 'Mai Shiraishi post' #23....

 All Nogi pics the last seven months have been stupendous but they seem to be to be lacking that spark which had made them so perfect.... then again, perhaps not....

 Not too many things for this post as I mainly did this for one mag spread which could be the largest one of the year or even decade. Nogi will be playing a pair of concerts at the Tokyo Dome in November, that arena can hold over 70,000 for concerts. In an interview last year Mai had said that playing at the Dome is her final goal and would like to graduate there.
 Too late now for any graduation concerts but wonder if that'll be where she announces her departure? Of course it wouldn't happen for many months after that announcement, perhaps Nogi could perform there again in February for their anniversary concerts which would be the last shows for Mai. Let's hope not but we do have to face the facts she'll be departing much sooner than later which sadly will be the case for many members.

 Kind of wonder how big of a fan I'll be once many first generation members start leaving, have a feeling that I'll be much less of a fan as the same thing happened with AKB. But let's not worry about that now as there's no departures yet on the horizon. As you may know the group's first film "Asahinagu" had it's premiere yesterday, had a post for the event which will be the only one and it's a shame they couldn't have been dressed a bit more glamorous.

 Some group cards for September, will soon do a post for all of her cards from January until now.

 At the fashion shows Mai appears at, along with many other Nogi members, she represents the Ray magazine but she also appears in every Larme issue and these are from volume 30. Actually at the 'Tokyo Girls Collection' show which was held on the 9th she was there for Cecil McBee and will have her new pics for them soon.

 Here's the main reason for this post which is this spread from the November edition of Ray. Mai also appears every month in their mag but can't recall ever seeing a set that's so huge as there's a total of fifty pics, wow!!!!
