Usually don't give that much info to start things off but thought it may work out better this way. You'll have a handy-dandy guide to the characters and such, will be adding on to it when new things or persons are introduced. Plus it'll save me from repeating myself too often during a recap, though the heading may be long don't think these recaps will be as a show is just 23 minutes long.

Episode nine title: I Will Take Care Of That Life

Not as solid of an opening as it could have been considering how the previous episode ended. For the first time we had a cliffhanger to end a show off with as the A.I.M.S. agent Fuwa had squared off against the MetsubouJinrai.net leader Horobi and came up on the short end of the stick. As Fuwa was lying unconscious on the ground thought Horobi would go in for the fatal final blow which didn't happen. Instead Horobi calmly walked away with his two assistant MetsubouJinrai.net Magias who are Jin and Lil' Assassin, wonder if he thought there was no way Fuwa could recover from such a beating and wanted him to die a slow, painful death.
As usual a dastardly criminal has made a major mistake as Fuwa is still alive though barely and is rushed to the hospital by his A.I.M.S. partner Yua. Along with Fuwa she can also transform into a Kamen Rider but she had been beaten badly in the last episode by Jin and Lil' Assassin. Yua's arm is still in a sling and she's not the fighter she can be as she was unable to come to Fuwa's defense during his one sided match against Horobi who can also become a Kamen Rider.
Yua had brought her partner to the National Cyper Hospital where most of the action took place in the last show. Fuwa is unconscious but would be aghast to learn the doctor in charge of his operation will be.... a HumaGear named Omigoto! Fuwa has such hatred of HumaGears which seems to be getting more intense even though he's been shown what good they do for mankind. His partner Yua has no qualms about HumaGears in the health field and she says to operate as soon as possible. Which does happen but not until the end of the show as of course there's many complications.
In that previous episode many of the HumaGear staff at the hospital had been turned into rogue ones or as they're called, Magias. But they hadn't been transformed into true ones by Jin who is the hacker for MetsubouJinrai.net, instead they had been turned evil by another Magia. Seems they have the ability to grow a countless amount of tentacles which they use to pierce the necks of normal HumaGears, once that happens they turn rogue but only for a short time. But that piercing will also allow Horobi and Jin to turn them into Magias again which is worrying Hiden Technology.

However if HumaGears are deactivated then MetsubouJinrai.net will have no access to them. So it's now on the shoulders of the young president of the company who is Aruto, should he deactivate the HumaGears at the hospital? If he gives the decision to do that then many lives may be lost as the hospital is mainly staffed by HumaGears but then again deactivation means they can't be turned into Magias which could happen if Aruto orders everything to remain the same. He couldn't make a decision so it fell to the VP Fukuzoe to give the order, he said to deactivate the HumaGears much to the dismay of Aruto's assistant Izu. Fukuzoe is worried more about the shareholders and the image of Hiden Technology plus he desperately wants to assume the position of being the president.
With no alternative Izu deactivates all of the HumaGears at the hospital. She's the only one it appears who knows how to operate ZEA which is a Hiden Technology satellite that controls the HumaGears and creates whatever kind of Progrise Key Izu designs. With the HumaGears no longer functioning there's panic at the National Cyper Hospital as there's no staff to take care of the patients but more importantly what's to become of Fuwa who will die without an operation?
Before that can get solved there's another problem with the MetsubouJinrai.net group, these guys are never ending when it comes to creating Magias. This time they've attacked the Next-Gen Medical Center and were hoping to draw Zero-One and Valkyrie out, with Fuwa on his deathbed perhaps the trio thwarting the plans of MetsubouJinrai.net can be eliminated once and for all. The terrorist group's fights are getting more severe, though they always lose in the end MetsubouJinrai.net is a force to be reckoned with as it was the toughest battle to date for Aruto as Zero-One and Yua as Valkyrie. This top screenshot is of Hiden Technology's VP Furuzoe, we didn't see much of him for the last four shows. But he played a more important role in this show and as mentioned he still wants to take down Aruto and become the president though he's not admitting out loud what his plans are.

The A.I.M.S. organization has been creating a new type of huge robot for the fight against MetsubouJinrai.net, it's called Giger and and you can see one above. MetsubouJinrai.net had managed to steal one from it's headquarters and somehow hacked into it to make it a very massive Magia. Though Zero-One used a Progrise Key to make itself bigger and defeat the large robot Giger is still an active Magia who will be a threat to Zero-One and A.I.M.S for a few more episodes. But besides the huge creature Zero-One and Valkyrie had no problem again besting Lil' Assassin and Jin, both are just as powerful as the other Kamen Riders but can't use their powers efficiently yet.
Getting close to the end and what's to become of Fuwa who desperately needed an operation? Aruto finally showed a bit of spunk and ordered Izu to reactivate all of the HumaGears at the National Cyper Hospital, he feels the HumaGears there won't go rogue. They had been under the control of MetsubouJinrai.net in the previous episode but just for a short spell, Jin needs to hack into a HumaGear to turn them completely into Magias. At first the HumaGear doctor Omigoto seemed to be having some difficulty in the operation as MetsubouJinrai.net was trying to control him again but he was able to remain a good HumaGear and the operation to save Fuwa was a success. Fuwa hated to admit but a HumaGear did save his life but don't think that'll be enough yet to sway him into being a supporter of the AI creations.
Towards the end the A.I.M.S. agent Yua was confronted by Izu who had some special footage of her fight against Lil' Assassin, that took place two shows ago. Seems Yua as Valkyrie was the only one on the scene who could have filmed the Magia, why did she leak the footage to the media? Yua claimed that she didn't though Izu doesn't believe one word of that with the main reason being the eyes of Lil' Assassin remained blue, when a HumaGear gets hacked their eyes turn red. Yua has become a bit of a mysterious agent and it only gets more so in the next episode as this recap comes to it's close.

Seems I enjoy these kinds of series more than most regular dramas. A drama episode is usually around 45 minutes in length but to me sometimes it feels like three hours and have a hard time sitting through them. But can watch 4-5 of these shows in a row with no problem, even though these series last for fifty episodes there's rarely any filler. Plus you know what to expect in these Tokusatsu shows and can't think of the last time I was ever disappointed in one of these series, perhaps never. Following post has the recap for episode ten which of course was another exciting show.
